5 /5 Kim Talkington: The absolute greatest. Saw Dr Wheeler for the third time last week for a tooth extraction. She’s so focused on you feeling absolutely no pain just shows how caring she is. With exception of the first little prick of deadening injection I had a tooth and what was left of 2 teeth I lost previously also pulled. Felt NOTHING! If you are reading this because your looking for “no pain” dentist she is amazing.

My hygienist, Meagan, is always very pleasant, has a beautiful smile, is extremely thorough, and makes sure I am comfortable throughout the procedure. The office staff is friendly, courteous, and works with my dental insurance provider to file claims in a timely fashion. I have been a patient of Dr. Wheeler for several years now. I appreciate the time she takes to check-in on how I am doing and to educate me on my dental health.

lourdes romo: Avoid This Place at All Costs! I had the absolute worst experience at this dental office. The customer service is horrendous—they seem more interested in taking your money than actually helping you. Dr. G, in particular, was extremely condescending, treating me as if I didn’t speak English. It was not only unprofessional but also downright rude. To make matters worse, they got upset when I refused a saliva test and gave me a completely wrong diagnosis. It felt like they were just trying to push unnecessary treatments. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone. Be very careful, as it seems like they’re more interested in making money than providing quality care.

No excuses to have a top notch mouth hygiene because this staff are so caring and friendly you will get the service that you need with professional personnel. Stephanie took excellent care of my mom and now myself, and she is absolutely the best; great personality very caring, and friendly technician. Dont hesitate this office do care of your smile and they will consider you financial needs.

Delynia Sherrill: Dr is rude, Staff is not knowledgeable at all. They are horrible with following through with Patient care. I had to call a numerous amount of times to try to get them to send necessary info to insurance. (be mindful that when you call you either get a scheduler that has no clue about anything clinical or you get a voicemail) ... Anywho, They never sent the info to insurance for approval but instead they did try and get My Son back for another appt to do xrays that they had already gotten at the initial appt. When I called back to ask Why was the additional xrays needed (as I am not from the area and to drive back would be a huge inconvenience just to get the same xrays ) they would not explain but instead told Me that My Son could go see another Dentist/Ortho instead.

Jesus Fernandez: I have united healthcare advantage, which Medicare. On my last cleaning the doctor performed like a brush cleaning of my front teeth only. I left feeling as if nothing had been done. I don’t know if the benefits payments are not enough or if he simply felt like he did not need to do more but that was my last visit. The dental seat are covered with this grey flannel covering that are never changed, there is lack of pairing, cleaning and staff. Overall a very sad place. I would not recommend this treatment to anyone.
