1 /5 RJ Breteler: I walked in when a sudden onset of pneumonia on January 27 caused me to have 105 fever and oxygen percentage of 87%. I could barely walk. I begged the receptionist to see a doctor but was flat out refused and turned away. I barely managed to make it to a hospital in FtMywrs where I was immediately admitted for nine days. Lee Health not only failed their mission terribly but could have been the end of me. The receptionist could not have been worse, unsympathetic, cold, unable to recognize the emergency. This is NOT a walk in clinic! Following up. Lee Health has been exceptionally responsive to my post. They have taken this incident very serious and have reviewed the circumstances in great detail. Kudos for their positive actions to prevent an event such as I experienced from ever happening to anybody else

5 /5 Kay Cipperly: I was so impressed from the receptionist, who was amiable and efficient, to Kirk, the kind and friendly person who put me at ease as a first time visitor and took my vitals , to Dr. Basuro, who impressed me with her ability to listen closely to me and come up with ways to alleviate my symptoms. She explained her diagnosis and prescribed meds that I filled after the appointment. I highly recommend this clinic for truly excellent caregiving.

5 /5 Leah Rowell: My husband and I were vacationing here and he had a really bad sore throat that I thought was strep. Where are from Urgent cares/Walk-Ins aren’t the best, but we knew we were gonna have to go to one. We came in and were immediately shocked with how clean and well maintained this facility was. We came in 10 minutes before close and they were so kind and still took us. From the woman who checked us in, to the nurse who did the vitals and the doctor everyone was so kind and helpful. This place is absolutely amazing and I wish we had one like this back home! Travelers- come here!!

We were seen promptly, and Dr Olson-Basora was very competent and thorough. Staff was super helpful and courteous. I was so relieved that my family was able to get the care they needed at such an urgent time.

5 /5 Chet Chance: This office is wonderful. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Olson-Basora genuinely cares for her patients, and is extremely knowledgeable. Kirk is an excellent PA who has never failed to put a smile on my face. His lighthearted humor makes visiting this office a pleasant experience. He is also a true professional who takes patient care seriously. Truly an all-star team.
