1 /5 Kai N.: Arrived on time. Waited 3 hours before being brought back. They kept telling me 30 minutes, 30 minutes. I wish they had just set realistic expectations for the wait time. I wasnt the only patient waiting hours. From what I saw, the nurses in pre op did not wash or sanitize their hands in and out of the rooms, and the tech and nurse in pre op smelt horribly of cigarettes to the point it was burning my eyes and nose. The nurse in pre op was touching my open exposed IV in my arm that hadnt been hooked up or secured yet with bare hands, no gloves. My arm where she touched it smelt like cigarettes which tells me she needs to wash her hands (better) after her smoke breaks. There were quite a few flies/bugs buzzing around in the pre-op area. The procedure team and post op staff were great though. They did accidentally throw away one of my shirts I came in wearing though and couldnt find it.
