    Kelly Dimond: I have never received a worse manicure.. the place is kind of dirty, they do not do a full manicure (skipped a lot of steps), my cuticles are rough and not completely done. The pain job.. I can’t even describe how bad the nail polish looks in person and my nails are totally rough.. the edges are catching on everything.

    Emily: I came in for an acrylic fill and reshape about 1 hour before they closed. I felt very rushed, she was done with my nails in about 20 minutes. In my photos you can see they are chunky and the nail polish doesn’t cover the edge which is really annoying. In addition she nicked my cuticle and made two of my fingers bleed. It’s not the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten but I would not go back.

    Sandra Sosa: I called before coming because I needed a pedicure done the night before Thanksgiving. I called them at 6:30pm and was told to come in. I did the Collagen Spa Pedicure and it was AMAZING!! It was so good I fell asleep in the middle of it lol. I usually get basic colors, so I often judge on the experience, cleanliness and overall service. Even the pricing is fair, in my honest opinion. Its very clean the moment you walk in. They even have a cute backdrop for social media influencers. Theyre very professional, clean and the service is superb. I usually travel 30mins to my favorite salon, but I think this one just became my new favorite and theyre only 10mins from me. Thank you for being awesome!

    Eva McAllister: I am beyond disappointed. I paid almost $200 and the gel acrylic and gel pedicure didn’t last 24 hours. I had my service done last Friday evening and by the Saturday afternoon, my nail popped off during a wedding reception and my pedicure chipped in several places. It was so embarrassing having pictures taken at the wedding with a messed up nail! Terrible! I am finally back in town to get it fixed and to my surprise, the nail salon is closed on a Tuesday. Unbelievable. In addition to a sub par experience (I was not attended to by the front staff in the way they attended other guests), I sadly will not be returning. I thought by paying more, I would be getting better quality, but I have been disappointed. It is so hard to find a qualitative nail salon in Tampa :(

    Ale H: First of all I’d like to start by saying that this PLACE is such a cute and cozy salon. From the smell of it, to the way the staff greets their clients. Everyone always has a smile on their face and never hesitate to say hello even if you’re not their client. I go to Bella for facials and I always leave wanting to come back already. She’s a wonderful and very sweet esthetician. I must also say that I have always had a hard time finding good pedicure technicians and Kim has been nothing but wonderful. I highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it.
