    Craige Ohlstein: If you value your car, do not bring it to this location. I had a flat tire on my way down to Florida visiting my dad and had tire rack. Send this location a replacement tire. I scheduled an appointment and came in and had the tire changed while dropping off the car I instructed this location not to over torque my wheels as they were a special set. The technician then torque to my wheels to 168 foot pounds and stripped three out of my five lugs. They also billed me for changing a valve stem which they did not do. Once I returned home, I was having an issue with the same wheel that they worked on and I decided to try to take it off to see if there was an issue. Upon doing so I noticed the three stripped lugs as well as the damage done to my wheel. I called and try to have a conversation with the manager Donnie and all he tried to do was skate the issue instead of trying to resolve the problem. Now I’m stuck with a $500 bill due to having the lugs drilled off of my car while the wheel was still attached. If you value your car and the way, it is treated do not under any circumstances go to the store.

I was able to jump my Jeep and get it to a mechanic. North City Auto is where I ended up at. I thought I had went somewhere else, but something brought me here. I am beyond blessed to meet Cindy and she was so helpful. She went and got her husband Shane who was busy working on the new shop and stopped to help me. Thank you North City Auto.

    Ray Crosby: Scheduled an apt ant 8 am yesterday for a transmission flush. Told it would take a few hours at 4 pm they called to tell me they completed an inspection of the vehicle and wanted to tell me what all was wrong with vehicle. Informed them I just needed the transmission flushed. Asked why is they took it upon themselves to inspect my vehicle. They stated we check every vehicle for free. No way in hell is someone checking a vehicle for free first off. Second they never completed the transmission flush. Told them I only wanted this service and to get it done. Was told it would be ready for 8 am this morning. I arrived and it still wasn’t done. The shop guy says we tried to call you and you didn’t answer. No I answered but I told you to only change the transmission fluid. Needless to say don’t waste your time like I did. This place is a scam be very aware. They lie and will tell you, you need things you do not. What a worthless shop and a waste of my time.

    Jamison Turner: Met Josh through Facebook and we worked out a deal for him to buy my lift kit and put my truck back together at dirty Dawgs. Unfortunately he cobbled it together and genuinely put my life in danger with the negligence of his work. First off he used zero washers, rounded off almost every bolt, destroyed the threads on the diff mount bolts, left my upper control arm loose and the bolt backed off and I only noticed after driving 100 miles where it backed off to a dangerous point and the truck started shaking, as well as my wheel speed sensor wires dangling against the brake rotor and tire. My brake caliper was somehow rotated and the brake line is now a loop. Also he never installed the swaybar, tried to claim he was missing hardware but that’s impossible because it was literally on the truck when I brought it in. I’ll let the photos do the talking. Don’t go here if you want your vehicle assembled with care and diligence.
