Its honestly the most lovely and clean hospital Ive ever been in. Seriously not a single carpet stain or flickering overhead light. The bathrooms were impeccable and fully stocked. They also have the latest technology. Every person I interacted with was very kind and knowledgeable. I was given clear communication about every step of every procedure without having to ask! I must say that I was dreading seeing what kind of hospital it was since its the only one in the upper keys. I feel lucky to have this hospital in my community. Hancock Mary E MD - Key West Infamous B: Cut my leg open on a wreck dive. Staff were awesome and treatment was great. They ran my insurance as an office visit and sent me to Publix for free antibiotics. Saved me over $250 vs. had I gone to the ER. Baptist Health Fishermen’s Community Hospital - Marathon Sylvia manning: Horrible emergency room. 1 doctor and not even a nurse practitioner. Waited 4.50 hours and never seen. A man that came in after me with chest pains waited three hours before he finally complained and they took him. A Latino lady with a little boy with a high fever came in right after me and was still waiting when I finally walked out. Three other patients left while I was there because they were waiting forever ,The only good thing of the whole place was the nice older woman that sat at the desk. I seriously feel bad for the people of this area , I sure wouldnt want this to be my only choice for matters life threatening. Ive worked in the medical field most of my life and never saw an emergency room more pathetic. Sad , sad situation Seaside Pediatrics Of Key West - Key West Priscilla Gomez: Dr Texidor is a very kind, professional, thorough dr. I appreciate that he is respectful of our parenting choices and is not pushy in any way. That goes a long way these days. His office staff is great and I love the new location, plenty of parking. Clean office. I’ve only had one experience with the answering service so far, they left me on hold for a while. I hope they consider a new one if they are having issues, they weren’t the friendliest when they answered. I look forward to having dr texidor and his staff be our babies pediatrician for a long time! Orlando Lopez-Roman, M.D., FACG, AGAF - Key West lindsay rabito leonard: I feel so privileged to have met with Dr. Orlando Lopez-Roman. He is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met; caring, takes as much time as necessary and makes you feel that your concerns are important to him. I had unresolved issues for a long time and was beginning to feel hopeless about them, but I left his office feeling everything was going to be ok. We are so lucky to have him in our area. If I could give him more stars, they would be 100. Sharon V Ward, MD - Key West Robin Nilsson: cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sharon Ward - from the moment I stepped into the office, I could feel the care and compassion that radiates from her and her team. Dr. Sharon is not only an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable OB/GYN but also someone who truly cares about her patients and the community she serves.
Her professionalism and attention to detail are unmatched, and she always takes the time to listen and address any questions or concerns. She makes you feel seen, heard, and valued, which is rare and so appreciated. Beyond her expertise, Dr. Sharon is family-oriented and has a warm, welcoming demeanor that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Christina Sawyer, MD - Key West Denise Gardner: I cannot recommend Dr. Sawyer, and ALL of the staff at Mt. Sinai, enough. I am new to Key West, and from the start, Dr. Sawyer made us feel welcome, heard, and comfortable with our surroundings. There was never a doubt in my mind that our medical concerns were being addressed in the most professional manner. It sounds crazy, but I cant wait to get sick again, just so that I can go back and see Dr. Sawyer!!!! George Peterson, MD - Key West Irina Egorova: Best doctor ever!! My entire pregnancy was so smooth and happy because of doctor Peterson and his staff! The most professional, able and caring doctor Ive been to. He takes his time to explain everything and actually listens to your concerns. I trust him completely for all my obgyn needs. The office personnel are very helpful and easy to talk to. The nurse are the best, she knows their patients very well. I only have good things to say about him and his practice! Plus he is an amazing human being with a huge heart!!!
