The service at the front desk, and the interaction with the mechanic (Ashley), was exceptional. Friendly, honest and informative from the moment I stepped in the door. Ashley walked me through the diagnostic process, and even fixed an unidentified issue with the ECM at no cost.
I highly recommend Macks. They are a small shop providing professional, competent, and very reasonably priced service. Its great to know that shops with this level of integrity still exist. I will not hesitate to utilize them in the future.
