1 /5 Quanda H.: Had my vehicle for about a month. What a waste of over $3,000. I’m never doing business with these people again EVER and would not recommend them, especially for a big job. I end up paying them more than what the dealership wanted to charge me by the time they were done. Not to mention that they ordered the wrong part, which caused me a longer wait and more money. I will no longer support small businesses because of this. I’ll rather to pay the dealership price.

They replaced my battery (after testing it), for a reasonable price, with friendly and fast service throughout the whole experience. You don’t have to convince anyone to help you! Duncan Burquist: I found a screw hanging out of my tire, and while the owner could have convinced me to get a new one (one of the other tire shops I visited said I needed a new tire), he correctly identified that it hadn’t punctured and was able to dislodge it saving me some money. I’m glad I went to crestview tire as they were very honest and good people. When I have real tire issues, I’m definitely going there. 10/10 experience!

Caleb Chiu: Bottom line up front, if you value your life, avoid Pepboys at all costs. Their mechanics are absolutely clueless. If you care to read, here is the chronological breakdown of what happened. Trip 1: I dropped my truck off for an alignment and got a call back the next day saying I needed new upper/lower control arms, ball joints, and inner/outer tierods. They also said I needed to purchase an additional camber/caster adjustment kit before they could align my truck. --- This camber/caster kit is not necessary to perform an alignment on the truck, but it does make an alignment job easier. No big deal, I want the job done right, so I bought that along with the other parts and installed everything myself --- Trip 2: Dropped my truck off again for an alignment, and I also requested that they grease my upper/lower ball joints and tierod ends. When I picked up my truck, the mechanic claimed that he could only partially align the truck. He also "forgot" to grease my ball joints and outer tierod and told me to reschedule for another time. --- Now Im annoyed, because it only takes a few minutes to grease everything up and I had plans to drive to Tampa the next day. I wouldve greased everything myself if I had a grease gun. But no big deal, I planned to stop by the shop right before our trip to get them greased --- Trip 3: Brought my truck back in for a third time to get everything greased, which they did in 30 minutes. Then my wife and I left on our Tampa trip. Half way there when we stopped for gas, I checked the ball joints for shits and giggles, and sure enough, they forgot to grease one of my ball joints. --- At this point, Im livid. When we got back from Tampa, I brought my truck into Crestview Tire for a second opinion, and the mechanics there showed me how Pepboys not only screwed up the alignment, but they also damaged my parts (bent alignment bracket) and didnt even bother to tell me. This is beyond ridiculous and I honestly have never thought that such mechanical incompetency was possible --- To be fair, I went back and asked for a full refund, which they gave me, but they still refused to take responsibility for what they did. If I cant even trust mechanics to do such the simple mechanic tasks, theres no way in hell I would trust them to touch anything else on my truck. Highly recommend that anyone who values quality mechanical work (and their lives) stay away from Crestview Pepboys. Their negligency and incompetency will kill someone one day.
