I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this medical facility . I had been trying for few days to reach the office to reschedule my appointment, but their phone is rarely answered. When I finally got through early in the morning, the receptionist told me the lines are “very busy,” which was frustrating given how difficult it had been to get in touch.
During our conversation, she abruptly hung up on me, which was incredibly rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, she informed me that I would be charged a $25 fee just for rescheduling—not canceling—which made no sense to me. I understand a cancellation fee, but charging for simply adjusting an appointment seems unreasonable.
I decided to visit the office in person to address my concerns with the manager, expecting a fair resolution. Unfortunately, instead of taking my complaint seriously, the manager dismissed me and seemed to take the receptionist’s side without even acknowledging my experience.and at some point he said don’t worry the $25 / fee - That’s not the point. Where is the customer service at this place ??? I’m certainly not comfortable visiting this facility anymore . It’s kind of sad because I love the lady that takes the bloodwork (Patty) , she’s amazing-She’s so gently with the veins .
This kind of treatment is unacceptable in a medical setting where professionalism and respect should be a priority. Patients deserve better communication and courtesy, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would caution others about the lack of proper customer service at this facility.
