When the steering gear on my Traverse went out, the part was backordered at the dealership. The team at Matrix Auto tracked down a replacement, had it shipped, and installed it in less than a week. Other shops wouldn’t touch it and just sent me to the dealership—who couldn’t even give me a timeline. Highly recommend Matrix Auto for anyone who needs fast, reliable service.

5 /5 Kendall Spencer: i brought my 2020 3 Series in this morning for new rotors and new brake pads because mine were warped. Michael at the front desk found the exact parts i needed, ordered them, had them delivered ALL within 2 hours. incredibly impressive as far as quickness goes. Juan was the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. He worked very efficiently was so kind throughout the entire process. So in all, I was at Matrix Auto for no more than 4.5 hours. No next day, no hold over the weekend, it was all done same day. Thank you, Juan! Alex, the owner, was there as well. it’s always good to see the owner at businesses because it shows they care. Him and his team and very friendly and they work hard to make sure their customers leave with a smile. ultimately, i am very pleased with my experience here at Matrix Auto and would 10/10 recommend for time, price, and location.
