1 /5 Kristen Carrier: I had a manicure on September 20th, and it looked great, just like they always have (I have been coming here for at least a year, every single month). The next day, I noticed some weird bubbling on my right thumb nail. I text Daniela about it Sunday, no response. She text me (about something different) on Monday, and I asked if she got the text, and she text that she had not, but she would tell Nayda (the tech that did them) to contact me. Nothing. So I call Daniela, and she didn’t answer. I text again, and no response. Then I noticed she cancelled my October appointment without telling me. She also gave my personal cell phone number out, to one of her clients, without asking if it was ok. Because I definitely wouldn’t have said it was ok. Where is the professionalism?? This is not ok, and I think others should know. Also, if anyone wants to challenge this statement, go ahead because I have the receipts. Daniela wasted my time and my money.

The response below vastly differs from what she text me today. I’ll include it in the pictures below. The recording she is talking about is a video I took of my nails being done. Nothing else. Instead of fixing the nail, or refunding me, I keep getting a run around of unprofessionalism. She says to reach out, but I have, and nothing is done. I had to write a Google review to even get a response.
