5 /5 Maritza Cruz: Since Ive been going there. Its been amazing so sad that my previous psychiatrist or nurse practitioner left but since Ive been seeing Dr Foster/ nurse practitioner. Shes amazing she came from New York and Im from New Jersey so every time I see her I feel like Im home and its easy for me to talk to her about everything and anything if anyone needs someone to talk to professionally it would be her shes open and honest. She doesnt just give you medicine and cover it up like a cut on a Band-Aid but she is real person to talk to so I definitely reviewed her as five stars.

4 /5 Ivonne Montalvo-Ramirez REALTOR: A very high turn over of staff, Dr. Khan doesn’t tolerate sloppy work, demand attention good care for his patients, I’ve witnessed it.Blessed that I found this office (not a perfect one), for many years looking for a doctor that dint give up on me. On the first few appointments, he found what was best for me since I have a past of having seizures. He let me be part of the treatment and available always. No water in the office, no idea why. I’m getting better and better. Two years on this journey.

1 /5 Kale-El: They go through MULTIPLE staff in just months. This current PA or whatever she is only wants to push certain meds, doesn’t understand what I’m telling her and interrogates me every single time I go, whether I am drinking or smoking weed. Asks me about three times each visit in a way that says she truly doesn’t believe what I’m telling her. I even got blood/urine tests. Complete waste of time and money. I cold Turkey quit my meds….The meds that I told her weren’t working for me.

5 /5 Marie J: I don’t understand the negative reviews especially after seeing Dr Khan and being a retired nurse. As a retired nurse my expectations are high and Dr Khan exceeded those. He is extremely educated and listened to every word I had to say. I would, and do, recommend you not listen to the nay sayers on here (more people will complain vs leaving a positive review) and make your own decisions. I was referred to Dr Khan by the hospital for grief issues and that is a touchy topic. He handled it professionally with compassion and empathy. I am also going through multiple medical issues and his knowledge of medical issues do not just end with psychiatry. I thank you Dr Khan for listening and putting me at ease to certain issues

I was in and out and under 30 minutes however they were thorough and very caring. I 100% recommend complete health to anyone.

Erin S: Their front desk scheduling folks are extremely unhelpful and disrespectful. I called in today to see what were the needed items to put together an appointment for my fathers referral for vascular surgery along with understanding the rough timeline to when an actual appointment could be scheduled after reviewing his imaging reports & his referral notes. I understood that there are specific policies and procedures that UoF has to take and implement. There are policies and procedures that almost all companies must take. However, I did not appreciate their lack of concern and urgency. Along with that, I did not appreciate that the front desk/nurse kept repeating the policies and procedures, which felt like I was being talked down upon for not "understanding". This lack of basic human empathy and concern is disgusting and clearly should not be represented in a space that is meant for people to come to for help.

Paul LaFiosca: Excellent care from an Excellent Dr. and just as Excellent staff. Dr.James Brown has been my primary Dr. for more years than I can recall, 20+years? He, and his staff, are the very best that I’ve ever experienced & I am Old. Dr. Brown is exceptionally smart and easy to talk to, I’ve never been rushed through my appointment and he always, with his fantastic staff, make sure that I am well taken care of. They all, as a team, make sure my scripts are filled, referrals taken care of, etc. Dr.Brown & Staff are the reason I drive over 35 miles each way for my appointments. I wouldn’t be doing that if I had any negative experiences. The BEST Dr. and BEST Staff anywhere, I am surely grateful to cared for by them, 100%!!! ~~~~~ I posted the above a while ago, not sure of the exact date. I just saw Dr.Brown Friday 3/14/2025 and my thoughts are still the same, what I wrote previously is what I would write about my most recent visit to Dr.Brown & his staff. They are all excellent! I spent about 45 minutes with Dr. Brown as he went over every lab result where, I think, some Dr.s might try to save time by just saying ‘got your lab results, they’re fine’ and that would be that. Dr.Brown doesn’t rush you, explains everything, asks if I have anything new that needs his attention. He is, in my many many years of seeing many Dr.s in my lifetime, he is still the absolute best, without a doubt. The same with the staff, all of them from front office to nurses & etc., are all very nice, know what they are doing, set up future appointments ——- they are all excellent healthcare people. Dr. Brown & his staff just can’t be beat, there are none better!!!!!

The staff all worked very well with each other and were in sync. Everything flowed like clockwork from check-in to discharge. My procedure was done on time and I wasn’t there very long which is great because I wanted to go home and rest.

So unprofessional I would never recommend anyone to come here. Completely outdated. They seem to only care about their paychecks. Best part is the lovely woman at the front desk who schedules for you. I have been pregnant several times and out of every experience this has to be the worst one. Don’t even know who delivers your baby. Advent health is so much better than this dump.

The office has always been nice but suffered from not having enough providers to see kids in a timely manner. That seems to have recently improved. I hope it continues.

Plus you can have a appointment and still be there for 3 hrs and no one seems too be doing anything other then playing on there phones or have personal conversations. Very sad and really dont feel like they care about the woman or child that go there. Someone really needs too look into this place. I been too other WiC office since we are military and this one is the worst I been too.
