5 /5 Meghan Belhumeur: My daughter needed 2 fillings today. Did not accept my insurance, but it didn’t matter because they were quite reasonably priced. It was her first filling so they took their time to make sure she was comfortable, they were so gentle, and explained everything they were doing before they did it. Even though they don’t take Medicaid, we will be coming back for twice a year cleanings simply because the staff were so friendly. Front office, hygienist, and the dentist himself. THANK YOU to CPFD!!

Also the doctor assistance did a very good job with the x-rays and answering a few questions! My doctor Jen so phenomenal she explained everything I needed and why overall my teeth feel and look way healthier and cleaner than when I first came in she works magics. Overall the new staff is the best!!! Really does get the job done I felt very comfortable thank you ladies again

I go to a dentist regularly with no issues. Amazing I walk in here, and get quoted very extensive and expensive work needed. I have no pain and have been checked out regularly. Great receptionist good dentist but they are trained on the hard sell.

Those are the reasons to still consider this office despite: -dramatically unfriendly lower personnel -NEVER reachable by phone: always voicemail -questionable qualification of techs under Dentist: in addition to personal impression once had to see another dentist a week after cleaning at THIS office; was recommended dental cleaning and the dentist could not believe any professional worked here before -options to self pay and their own plans are frequently ridiculously expensive. Still usable sometimes but PAY ATTENTION!!! All in all you get the right impression the moment you walk in: trust your instincts. What you see at the front desk will not get any better...

Stacey makes sure to call in advance of your appointment time to make sure you’re all set. I don’t think I’ve ever waited in the lobby too long before my service begin which is a huge difference between this office and other offices I’ve attended. 10/10 would recommend.

Jan: I love Dr. Jacobs. This is my second year as a patient at his practice. He is so meticulous about the work that he does. He explains the reasoning behind his decisions and he gives you enough knowledge, guidance and autonomy to make informed decisions about how you want him to proceed. I appreciate that. I also like that he is the only dentist in the practice, so he is familiar with me as a patient and I have come to know his style and what to expect. The assistants and front staff are kind and accommodating. I feel heard when I approach them with concerns.

Doyen Service: Mandibular tori (tori is extra bone that occurs in your mouth) makes it highly uncomfortable to take X-rays. Finding Paulina and Thao who both take X-rays without discomfort is extremely rare and heaven-sent. From the moment you enter, Christina at the front is warm and friendly. Within minutes they take you back for my appointment, every time. I have had several accidents in my lifetime, so Paulina always places a rolled towel near my backside and provides a neck pillow to support my neck. Always has a kind word and places Vaseline on lips upon request. Dr. Thai Nong is exceptionally gentle, and I respect his opinions. He has a customer for life. I have recommended him to my church, neighbours and friends.

I felt very comfortable with her. The office staff was extremely professional as well. The only reason less than 5 stars was that I wasn’t seen until almost 1 hr after my appointment time. Although it was worth the wait, I am providing feedback hoping the office can improve on the scheduling.
