1 /5 Lex Doug: I usually go to this salon often for my feet but as of Sat it would be my last day ! My nails were not up to part she tried to do an overlay to give a natural short look but she was unable to give that natural look. So I requested to remove them she got upset put my nails in remover advised oh well I would have to pay 10 dollars I advised it was ok 30 min passed I was still sitting in the remover I asked were they going to start my nails. Leelee the owner came over and said well make sure you know what you want I quickly responded and advised well how should I know she doesn’t know how to execute a overlay when I told her if you can’t apply them correctly just add a tip she kept going so was it my fault and I was paying for the removal when I shouldn’t have because it was something I did not like ! The owner kept advising I should know what I want when I’m always coming there for the my feet and I don’t have a issue when I go to one lady but this day they were rude my nails still came out ugly then when I left my payment was 120$ then the next day they updated payment to 140$ a extra 20$ I called and he tried to say it was for removing when I paid 120$ and when I said fraud he said he will put the charge back on my account I woke up today the charge still is not reflecting on my account and this why I had to do my review because people should be aware of things like this when we are putting money in their pockets! Customers are always right ! My nails look like big boxes! Reply to your response! Oh yes I did pay for the removal service that was supposed to be 20$ but was charged as 40$ so like I informed you guys are suppose to perform a job when your overcharging anyway and I have gotten overlay plenty of times on my nails but your nail tech was not listening and showing attitude and here we are a week later my finger is infected so really shall we gone on !

1 /5 Evelyn Volpe: I came in for a gel pedicure and gel full-set. My tech started off very strong for my pedicure and took her time with a high level of attention to detail. However, when she got to my nails, she was clearly distracted and rushed through. She got up multiple times to do other things in the middle of filing. She also cut my finger while drilling at my cuticle line. I told her it was okay since that seemed to be the only mistake she made so far at the time & she proceeded to be more gentle after. After she finished filing, my nails looked good so I didn’t have any concerns. Then she started to paint and I wasn’t happy with the fact that she polished so far from the cuticle, making my nails look grown out. I was also worried she was rushing me through each round of curing as she was stoping the curing process halfway through at times on each hand to paint quicker. I figured she’s the professional and knows best. It has now been roughly 8 hours since she did my nails and most of my fingers are throbbing in pain, swollen, and the polish looks even worse now that it’s settled than it did earlier. I didn’t complain when I left because I didn’t want her to feel bad over minor cosmetic details that others wouldn’t likely notice. This was my second time coming to this salon and this is a huge difference in service and quality than the first time. I am now very concerned that I could develop a gel allergy and will need medical attention.

1 /5 Tina F: ****Update You have lost a customer. Very rude and disrespectful. I went in to get my nails soaked off. I received the most attitude and the worst service ever. The guy was throwing my hands around and pushing my arms around like he didnt want to do the job. Talking about my nails and how I had a design on every finger. Just horrible! If youre not going to provide a service properly it should not be on your menu of services that you provide. Im very disappointed with the service I received for a service that only took you 18 minutes total. It was a slow day no customers were waiting. Even one of the nail tech guys was resting his eyes at his station. So I wasnt taking any money away from anyone by them taking my nails off. And even if you were busy treating people this way is not going to help you keep or gain more business. Remember people do have translation services today. So just because you think we dont speak your language doesnt mean we cant understand the things you say about your customers. The way you handled me was wrong and totally unnecessary. It saddens me to have to write a review like this

1 /5 Chemahya Prince: Used to love coming here; the techs were always kind and did very good work. Took a break from getting my nails done and come back and its a total 180. The guy up front was short tempered and rude. Prices were over charged just to get tips on your toes and a gel polish, no pedicure just the tips and polish was over $40 each. After paying he just stormed off and didnt give a receipt or anything probably upset we did tips instead of a pedicure like they tried to set us up to do. Guess its time to find a new place to go.

2 /5 Nina Tajerha: Just left about 20 minutes ago , I have been here a handful of times and it has been going down hill more and more each time. This was a gel paint set they look grown out. They did not paint to the end of the nail. Just two coats all together. Lots of talk between everyone when you ask a question making it uncomfortable, also techs stop working to test and look at photos. And the prices are very high now.
