1 /5 kandi: I went in for pink & white powder dip. 3 different people worked on my nails and my request got lost between them. I repeated my original request. When the last guy did them they came out pink & light pink. I expressed my disappointment in not receiving what I asked for. The guy just blew it off saying he’s never done this before. He knew I was not happy, but never offered to fix them. I’m guessing because he didn’t know how. I no longer wanted him to touch my nails either. This was on a Wednesday. Between Wednesday - Saturday, 4 of my nails broke (these were my nails w/ their terrible nail job) and 1 additional chipped but I was able to super glue it. I’m not going back and would not recommend this place to anyone. They did a crappy job and instead of telling me they didn’t have anyone to do pink & white, they sat me, rotated 3 employees and the final one had never done it before. I would give it negative stars.

4 /5 Heather Snyder: I was in town for some Dr appts and asked someone for a good nail salon close by. I called to schedule an appt for later in the day. I could tell they worked me in but These people are Very talented! They did a great job on my gel mani and pedi!

1 /5 Frankie G: Horrible service, how can you say you do pedicures when you do them like this!! These are my mom’s feet and these look horrible. She got them done yesterday after 11am. No one would listen to her or fix the extra nail polish all over her cuticles. Whoever did this did a HORRIBLEEEE JOBB WITH NO CONSIDERATION FOR HOW THEY DO THEIR WORK! Let me ask a question do you think these toes are done right? She was cut up three times. There’s cuts on three of her toes and nail polish all over every single toe. These look horrible and I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED and HIGHLY UNSATISFIED! She was in such a hurry she would not go back. I told her to go back she said no she disliked the service so much and the pedicure was disgustingly horrible. Horrible experience horrible service.

Sandra Sosa: I called before coming because I needed a pedicure done the night before Thanksgiving. I called them at 6:30pm and was told to come in. I did the Collagen Spa Pedicure and it was AMAZING!! It was so good I fell asleep in the middle of it lol. I usually get basic colors, so I often judge on the experience, cleanliness and overall service. Even the pricing is fair, in my honest opinion. Its very clean the moment you walk in. They even have a cute backdrop for social media influencers. Theyre very professional, clean and the service is superb. I usually travel 30mins to my favorite salon, but I think this one just became my new favorite and theyre only 10mins from me. Thank you for being awesome!

Eva McAllister: I am beyond disappointed. I paid almost $200 and the gel acrylic and gel pedicure didn’t last 24 hours. I had my service done last Friday evening and by the Saturday afternoon, my nail popped off during a wedding reception and my pedicure chipped in several places. It was so embarrassing having pictures taken at the wedding with a messed up nail! Terrible! I am finally back in town to get it fixed and to my surprise, the nail salon is closed on a Tuesday. Unbelievable. In addition to a sub par experience (I was not attended to by the front staff in the way they attended other guests), I sadly will not be returning. I thought by paying more, I would be getting better quality, but I have been disappointed. It is so hard to find a qualitative nail salon in Tampa :(

Everyone always has a smile on their face and never hesitate to say hello even if you’re not their client. I go to Bella for facials and I always leave wanting to come back already. She’s a wonderful and very sweet esthetician. I must also say that I have always had a hard time finding good pedicure technicians and Kim has been nothing but wonderful. I highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it.
