Brenda Desrocher: I walk in and the girl at the front desk is eating chips and seemed upset that I was there.
I had a fine experience with the nurse practitioner and was quickly diagnosed and sent on my way. I went to check out and had to wait while the girl at the desk was eating her bagel and had no time for me.
I get a call from the pharmacy that the prescription I needed was out of stock. It was my antibiotic and I needed it right away. I called the urgent care center to see if they could help find another pharmacy and they seemed upset that I would bother them with this. She couldn’t keep calling in prescription for me.
Hopefully everyone was just having a bad day and they don’t always act this way.
Alice Gallahue: I have been a patient of Dr Tunkle since I became a snowbird almost 20 years ago. She has always treated me with kindness and will sit and listen and answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend her.
Oscar Gonzalez: I visited the urgent care today for the first time since my wife needed treatment on her finger due to a cut with a knife. When we entered, the person received us very kindly and immediately took our information. After five minutes they made us enter and all the staff were very friendly from start to finish, the facilities are very clean and tidy, I highly recommend this place.
Jory Holmes: I had an appointment today at Physicians Regional at Founders Square. This is a little over 30- minute drive from my home. I arrived to find that there was no electricity in the building. I understand that this is not their fault, but employees were in there and when I asked why someone didnt call or text me saying that I wouldnt have an appointment today I was told "We dont have any electricity."
Whenever we have had a power outage I still have been able to make phone calls.
So I drove a total of 60 plus minutes today to see no doctor and get no logical explanation as to why I was not notified ahead of time. I dont know, does this seem right to you?
Charlene Moore: I had extensive back surgery. After six days in the hospital I was sent to Encompass. There are no words adequate enough to describe the warm welcome, the over-the-top knowledgeable and caring OT and PT staff, the amazing doctors and nurses, the compassionate aids, the professional housekeeping staff, and the restaurant-quality food. I wish there were more stars to give them. After nine days I was discharged. I was excited to go home but scared that the protective cocoon known as Encompass would not be close at hand. But they fully prepared me for everything I was going to face outside of their doors. I will forever be grateful to their expertise. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Shelly Rogers: Took my daughter to Dr. Ullah, she and her staff were amazing! I got in quick, she was thorough, and both were super helpful and nice! I will definitely be coming back to get my eyes checked by them!
Anthony Zientek: Your checkout lady Yami is the sweetest, most energetic and nicest person I’ve met! When the doctor gave me crappy news, she brought my spirits up. Even when she collected $400 she still put a smile on my face! I had confusing paperwork from my insurance and needed help to submit my claim. She was so helpful. Didn’t bat an eye when I asked for her assistance. Good people are hard to find. I hope she gets recognize because she deserves it! Thanks Yami!
