1 /5 Brenda Desrocher: I walk in and the girl at the front desk is eating chips and seemed upset that I was there. I had a fine experience with the nurse practitioner and was quickly diagnosed and sent on my way. I went to check out and had to wait while the girl at the desk was eating her bagel and had no time for me. I get a call from the pharmacy that the prescription I needed was out of stock. It was my antibiotic and I needed it right away. I called the urgent care center to see if they could help find another pharmacy and they seemed upset that I would bother them with this. She couldn’t keep calling in prescription for me. Hopefully everyone was just having a bad day and they don’t always act this way.

2 /5 Stephen Elias: Normally, I dont answer these requests for a review. All I needed was to provide a urine sample, prior to an upcoming medical procedure. They said I must wait to see the Provider which was a Physicians Assistant. It took 30 minutes to be seen after I peed in the cup. They also had me stand on a scale and checked my blood pressure after the 30 minute wait. Complete waste of time and added expense to be seen by the PA, who did not even ask what type of medical procedure I was having. When I went back to pickup a copy of the report, the person who gave it to me must have seen the review, because she explained some things about the process, saying that I could have gone straight to the lab. After leaving it made me wonder why they didnt just send me to the lab when I initially came in and read my order? Hopefully, my insurance will cover the entire bill.

5 /5 Carol Laboranti: I was taken care of immediately. The nurses and PA were very attentive and understanding. I tested positive for the flu. They gave me very explicit directions on the medications they gave me also gave me directions on what I should do for the next few days I rate them a 10

5 /5 Andrea Firth: My family and I love this place! Everyone from the receptionists, nurses, PA and Drs are great. They have great bedside manner with my small children. The prices are fair as my insurance doesn’t cover this urgent care. There are probably other options out there that are in-network and less expensive but the service, care and compassion we get from the staff at Redi-Med are well worth the price.

3 /5 johnalyn graffeo: The doctor was wonderful. She was thorough and explained everything. However, the receptionist in my opinion needs to be replaced with somebody that smiles and compassionate and actually looks at you instead of looking down when you’re speaking to her. Very rude no personality
