5 /5 Wu Wu: I had my car’s front end repaired and painted by New England Auto Works six months ago after a car accident, and I couldnt be happier with the results. The team was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the repair process in detail. They provided a clear estimate, which was half the price of another quote I had received, and yet the quality of work was exceptional. The repair was flawless—my car looked as good as new, with the paint matching perfectly to the original. The alignment was spot on, and the car drove smoothly right after the repair. Even after half a year, the paint still looks brand new with no signs of fading or wear. I highly recommend this company near East Boca for anyone needing bodywork or paint services. They deliver high-quality work at a fair price, and I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else.

5 /5 Loni: My co-worker vehemently insisted I go here after my boyfriend misjudged parking space size and dented the bumper. They were surprisingly honest, reliable, and respectful. As a female Im used to being talked down to and scamed with car related services so this was refreshing. I received quotes from multiple local companies, this one was the only place to ask me to bring the car in to actually inspect it. They gave me a reasonable quote that matched national averages for this kind of job, the other companies gave me impossibly low quotes that doesnt even cover cost of paint, so would for sure ended with surprise fees while services are rendered. They finished a day earlier than estimated, washed the car, and even painted a small scratch I had on the driver side complimentary. Mikey was extremely accommodating even allowing me to text his cellphone directly for communication anytime. They could have easily turned this into an expensive job and told me to get a new bumper as there was some bending underneath and broken clip, but they were resourceful and reconstructed the bumper, so in the end I ended up saving money as they still stuck with there first quoted amount. Its easy to tell they put customer service and quality over profit, so I will be sticking with New England for any future work.

5 /5 David Stiggers: These guys are amazing. We have a 12 year old but well maintained Lexus but with sun bleached roof. We want to keep it looking good. Instead of the full respray that we expected New England’s owners suggested respray of the faded areas with detailing/buffing/polishing the whole car. They included touch up on a couple of areas and cleaned the headlights of haze. We have had compliments about the car, including one neighbor who thought we had bought new!! And the price was a massive saving on quotes for full finish. Apart from the high standard or the excellent price, best part was how they treated us, like friends or family. We can’t praise Mike and Leo enough.

I called and spoke with Mike to have my car scheduled to have it drop off and to get a little more information about the process. He answered every question I had and assured me I was in good hands. As I arrived, I could see different type of vehicles from your classics, run of-the-mills, to high-end luxuries. I met with Mike and his father Leo, whom thoroughly examined the damages and explained the whole repair process. Super informative, and again, reassuring which makes the already stressful situation a little better. I was quoted a very competitive price and was told they could start immediately with a 2 day lead time. They finished the vehicle on the day as predicted and I must admit, I am very impressed. After said and done, you could never tell anything ever happened, which is what you want. I could tell theyre very proud of their work. Im very satisfied with their service overall and would certainly return (if needed) and recommend them if you need any work done on your car.

5 /5 John-Paul: Leo and the team at New England Auto Works are miracle workers. I towed in a badly banged up 1998 Jetta and they were able to get back it’s original appearance. Leo is a gentleman and went beyond any attention that I could expect for the condition that the car was in. He treated my with respect and courtesy even though I felt like a crazy person for what I was asking to be accomplished. And it was accomplished! I must also stress the great communication. He called regularly to give me updates about the progress of the work on the car. There were never any worries about what was happening. My review would not be complete without mentioning the cost. It was fair beyond belief. Honest and trust-worthy are words that describe Leo and New England Auto Works. I will be bringing any future business straight here. Thank you, Leo.
