Milton Keynes Heres the deal: I dont know anything about an oil change for your 2021 Mazda, but If you have a classic car (I have a 50 yo vette), you definitely want to know these guys. Glenn and his son Roger know what theyre doing and they do high quality work. I just had control arms and ball joints, etc done. They even painted everything and made it look great. Im not saying theyre inexpensive (who or what is these days), but you get what you pay for and these guys are the experts. I count on them.

As a female Im used to being talked down to and scamed with car related services so this was refreshing. I received quotes from multiple local companies, this one was the only place to ask me to bring the car in to actually inspect it. They gave me a reasonable quote that matched national averages for this kind of job, the other companies gave me impossibly low quotes that doesnt even cover cost of paint, so would for sure ended with surprise fees while services are rendered. They finished a day earlier than estimated, washed the car, and even painted a small scratch I had on the driver side complimentary. Mikey was extremely accommodating even allowing me to text his cellphone directly for communication anytime. They could have easily turned this into an expensive job and told me to get a new bumper as there was some bending underneath and broken clip, but they were resourceful and reconstructed the bumper, so in the end I ended up saving money as they still stuck with there first quoted amount. Its easy to tell they put customer service and quality over profit, so I will be sticking with New England for any future work.

David Stiggers These guys are amazing. We have a 12 year old but well maintained Lexus but with sun bleached roof. We want to keep it looking good. Instead of the full respray that we expected New England’s owners suggested respray of the faded areas with detailing/buffing/polishing the whole car. They included touch up on a couple of areas and cleaned the headlights of haze. We have had compliments about the car, including one neighbor who thought we had bought new!! And the price was a massive saving on quotes for full finish. Apart from the high standard or the excellent price, best part was how they treated us, like friends or family. We can’t praise Mike and Leo enough.

Z K Weve taken our Range Rover here a couple of times. First, to do a full brake job and second to replace the alternator and battery after a charging system failure. Both times, the experience was professional, friendly, and prompt, and Matthew has been incredibly helpful each time. During our brake work, because of the complexity of Range Rovers and the electronic system throughout the car, an issue with the running boards unfortunately happened. Matthew and the world class team were prompt and helpful to schedule a follow-up diagnostic to isolate the cause of the issue and, after determining it, fixed it and covered the costs of the repairs. The brakes and running boards have been working great. For the charging system failure, my husband, baby, and I were stranded after the alternator failed and the battery died. We got the vehicle towed and dropped the keys in the overnight box so the mechanics could diagnose the next morning. He got a call that morning, letting him know what repairs were needed, and they completed the job that same day. We were able to pick up the car by 5 pm! Thanks again to Matthew, Aaron, and everyone at World Class Auto repairs!! Great location + lots of parking + all the work that was done came with a 2 year/24k miles warranty. We definitely recommend them if you are looking for a reliable mechanic shop.

Orel Alia AMAZING. Called in this tire shop after noticing a nail in my tire, they said they were busy but they could get me in as long as I show up quickly. Arrived to the location and immediately was greeted my Emile, he repaired the tire and got it fixed good as new in less than 5 minutes. Even though I have a Tesla and he said it would be a pain in the ass he did it happily. Let alone didn’t want to accept any payment!! Highly recommend professional service, thanks again!!

Christine R I contacted MFK after a frustrating search to find someone to do the work needed and seeing the reviews, it was nice to see some women being treated with respect. We were looking to install exhaust and long tube headers on a 2025 Mustang GT. Compared to several other shops I called, Mike was Responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The estimate laid out the scope of work clearly and was reasonable. As soon as the parts arrived they got us in immediately to do the install. All along the way Mike sent photos and kept us informed. We ran into a couple of hiccups which was expected with a 2025, but they were diligent, patient and helped us to work through solutions. I would highly recommend them based on their professionalism and reasonably priced.
