Suncoast Auto Repair of Sarasota - Sarasota Abel Natali: I can’t say enough about David, Jason and Orlando at Suncoast Auto Repair. We were in town for a baseball tournament when an unexpected repair was needed. Most shops are closed on the weekend, but upon searching some options, Suncoast Auto came across as one open on the weekend. Saturday morning I had AAA tow my vehicle to their shop. They had no idea I was coming as this was a completely unexpected repair. Even though I showed up unannounced, they assured me they would do everything in their power to get my vehicle repaired before the weekend was out. Not only did they deliver, but they had it repaired the very same day! They even stayed very late so that I picked up the vehicle that same day and watched every game my son played in! I know they knew they absolutely did not have to do that, but I must say I’ve not experienced that sort of customer service from another mechanic. Granted I’ve been lucky to not have this happen previously, but their service proved to me that they care for the customer experience. If I ever find a need for auto care in their area I would not hesitate to utilize their services again! Thank you for the excellent service and getting us back on the road quickly!
