The waiting area was very clean and they had free coffee while I waited for my truck to be serviced. The prices were reasonable with the other garages in the area. I was also please to see that the work shop was clean and organized. This speaks well of the mechanics and management. I like Ocala Truck and Car shop so much I plan on having my wifes van serviced there also. THANKS TO THE TEAM AT THIS LOCATION. YOU HAVE FOUND A PERMANENT CUSTOMER.

my channel: My husband has been a customer of expert touch for many years. He took the car in for general maintenance. After the repairs, 2 weeks later, the AC which was previously working well, suddenly stopped blowing cold. We took it to another reputable mechanic shop in town and found that BOTH AC line seals had been removed. This is a classic mechanic money grab by unethical mechanic shops. Once you bring it back, they can easily replace the seals in a few minutes and charge you $100s of dollars and claim the repair was much more in depth. PLEASE AVOID EXPERT TOUCH, WHATEVER YOU DO!
