1 /5 my channel: My husband has been a customer of expert touch for many years. He took the car in for general maintenance. After the repairs, 2 weeks later, the AC which was previously working well, suddenly stopped blowing cold. We took it to another reputable mechanic shop in town and found that BOTH AC line seals had been removed. This is a classic mechanic money grab by unethical mechanic shops. Once you bring it back, they can easily replace the seals in a few minutes and charge you $100s of dollars and claim the repair was much more in depth. PLEASE AVOID EXPERT TOUCH, WHATEVER YOU DO!

5 /5 Kelly Hill: This place and these people helped me tremendously and was a godsend!!! I was traveling from Florida to Illinois and my vehicle started cutting out and trying to shut off. I went to Firestone around 5pm and they couldn’t help me that’s when a worker from this place overheard and followed me out the door to let me know about their shop. The owner came around the corner and asked some questions and he said just take it to the shop and I’ll have my guy look at it now. Couple hours later he had us done and ready to go!! The vehicle ran like a dream and at that time of day and not being around there these guys saved me a ton of time and money!!! They were my knights in shining armor!!! Thank you to Lennox, Chris, and Hollywood because without u guys I wouldn’t been in a hell of an expensive and time extensive situation that would’ve ruined my trip totally!!!

1 /5 bianca: Avoid I went to this place the had my car for weeks and I couldnt get ahold of anyone. When I finally did the they had not even started on my car but asked me for money. I took them a deposit so they would finally start the the work. I talked to them on 4 occasions and everytime I asked for a balance I received a new price. I asked why the price keeps changing and they tell me the person you spoke to didnt give you the right price, ooh I had to add something. Its very shady and rushed work when they finally start. DO NOT GO HERE.

5 /5 Tim Preisinger: Very detailed shop. I brought my 1998 Corvette in for a simple oil change. They changed the oil, checked the tire pressure and changed the filter. Was very attentive and really showed extra love in car. Very friendly service and took the car in right away with more than fair prices. Highly recommend. It’s hard to find an honest shop. This is great one!
