Any anxiety I had before I went in was instantly dissipated. They made me feel not only comfortable and safe, but like I was welcome and a friend. They arranged a great payment plan for me and I actually am looking forward to going back.

Elizabeth Bond: Just like others on here if I can give a negative star I would. I brought my seven year-old son here because he broke a tooth and had been in pain for three days. We are self-pay and it’s known because it’s in the chart. My son went back and they returned with his treatment plan stating that they can put a crown on a baby tooth. My husband asked that since it’s a baby tooth if they can just extract it because we couldn’t afford the $500 for a crown. The person who spoke to my husband said they would speak to the dentist and then came back saying they are not willing to extract tooth that he recommends putting a crown on it although it is a baby tooth and will fall out with the crown anyways. My husband said that’s exactly the point it’s a baby tooth and it’s going to fall out anyways so why not just extract it since the crown was too expensive. I’ve read other reviews that stated they do extractions on baby teeth, so I don’t understand why they denied us that option. My son was sent home to experience even more pain while we look for another dentist that is sympathetic to self-pay patients who can’t afford the high price of a crown on a baby tooth that is going to fall out either way. I don’t understand how other patients with the same situation get their tooth extracted, but our son was denied the relief of not having a broken tooth and being in pain. Not to mention the fact that my son is susceptible to an infection because of the broken tooth and instead of helping they just sent us on our way to look for a second opinion and a referral to a dentist in Orlando that would cost even more money, leaving us with no option, but to come back to them. But we won’t be back. I will be filing a complaint with the Florida Board of Dentistry and with my complaint, I am going to add all of the reviews that have our sons similar situation where they helped and extracted the tooth.

Today I called to get the information for the website to fill out paperwork. That site says Apopka not Palm Bay and the person that answered confirmed that. And she told me I called a different number? I am glad I checked on it today before going to a place that I guess doesn’t exist. Very disappointed

My most recent visit I had a new Dental Hygienist named IVAN** It was the best experience I have ever had* (I get regular periodontal maintenance, and it can be a little painful for me even with a numbing agent) He is fast* precise* and very gentle* I was amazed! I had very little discomfort, and I wasnt "sore" several hours afterwards. He is amazing! I cant say enough good things about him! I hope management makes it worth his while to stay* He is an amazing asset to that office*

Kenneth Weiss: Worst Dentist I ever went to. He is a klutz. At nearly every visit he accidentally made contact with some part of my face. I guess working on 3 patients simultaneously can create careless movements. He put two horribly off color crowns in my mouth that stood out ridiculously. My mouth hurt for 2 months after, and again started hurting at 6 months. The space between the crowns he installed was a magnet for meat when eating.Large amounts of beef would get impacted in the space while eating creating a need for deeply and repeatedly flossing immeadiately after eating or a few hours later the area would be bleeding and raw. When I went back he tried to charge me $150 to evaluate the crowns. Insane. This past weekend, much less than 2 years after getting them one of them cracked. A total waste of money and time. Stay away as there are great dentists close by. Read the other bad reviews as they are likely to be quite true.

Jeff Briggs: Dr Hill is very informative when talking dental health, however, his age is making his physical dentistry work fail, the shaking hands are a danger to the patients safety. Dr Hill broke a tool in my tooth, that he tried to hide from me initially. Avoid at all costs, or proceed with caution! The broken tool, 6months later is still in my tooth.
