1 /5 Kathy Rudolph: Had to leave a 1 star to even leave a review. I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone with a dog! This situation was a high risk preeclampsia, so we were placed in the antepartum “suites”. I was accompanying my niece who had preeclampsia and it was determined that she needed a c-section. First of all the room she was placed in looked like a barely furnished old apartment with a bed and a LOW side table that she could not reach! It wasn’t until after she had given birth the next day and they brought her breakfast that she ordered that I had to say. “How is she supposed to eat this, balance it on her sore stomach?! Then I had to go out to the nurses desk to say, “hey, she has no tall table to reach her breakfast! The nursing staff sat at their desk and “chatted” and came to check on her very sporadically. If I had not spoken up with questions I don’t think my niece who was extremely anxious would have gotten much information. I will cut to the c- section experience which was unbelievable. The entire time my niece was being operated on several nurses stood in a corner and talked amongst themselves about husbands and restaurants and various other topics of their personal life. While we (my niece and myself) were trying to hear what the Dr. was saying, we could not hear him over their very loud conversations! I found this so disrespectful as this time should have been focused on the mother and baby! It was as if she wasn’t even ther! I am and was so furious and I really could not believe what was happening! This was an emergency c-section! had to ask the nurse who was seated behind us monitoring the machines if she would tell them to shut up! After the baby was taken out of my niece, the Dr and nurses proceeded to talk about ordering lamb and buying a whole cow! I was so horrified and infuriated that this was going on! Mind you the baby was distressed and having trouble taking big breaths while the Dr was engaged in this conversation about buying a whole cow for meat! The baby had a deformity of his feat and it was conveyed to my niece in a very nonchalant manner as they said they were taking him to NICU! There were so many other issues because the baby was taken to All Children’s which is a different hospital in the same building. The staff at The Baby Place claimed to be ignorant of the rules and policies of All Children’s. Communication was non existent! I had to push for information which took hours while the mother of this baby was completely unaware of what was happening! This experience was unbelievably the worst I have ever experienced! I have been with 7 family members as they gave birth and I have never seen anything like this! Do NOT have your baby at this inept place! I am flabbergasted!

1 /5 Sabrina Wilkerson: I delivered here about a week ago and received a botched epidural that resulted in a CFS leakage. The anesthesiology team reacted as if it was nothing and told me to lie flat for several hours of the day to heal which is impossible when caring for a newborn. I have had debilitating headaches since the epidural and it has made it extremely difficult to care for my child. I have been trying to reach someone at the hospital for days to find out what they can do to fix this issue and no one has gotten back to me. As a first time mom in the newborn trenches, having this botched epidural has been one of the hardest experiences of my life.

5 /5 Yana Cross: Personally, even though I had a far from smooth birth, I think the nurses and doctors were great in how they took care of me. So many great nurses in both the labor and delivery unit & in the baby mother/recovery unit. Ediana & Makayla took good care of me in labor and delivery. I do not recall his name, but I believe he was the Head of anesthsiology did an amazing job with the epidural that I was terrified of getting. Nurse Nina really stood out taking care of both me and our little one in recovery with so much care and compassion - she was there almost all the days & I really felt so supported and calm. So many other great nurses too. Only kind of critical thing I have to say is that every nurse has different advice to the same question, so it was kind of confusing at times because youd be shown 7 different methods of feeding/burping/swaddling etc. But I think thats just from varying experiences & upon reflection shows that there is more than 1 right way.

5 /5 Imani Lee: I enjoyed my labor and delivery here at the baby place my nurse while I was delivering Was DQ and she was amazing! She was very attentive Sweet made me feel confident and comfortable with delivering my baby natural which I did!!! When I made it to mother baby unit nurse amber took very good care of me and my baby her personality was phenomenal very polite and my stay amazing,These two and the rest of the team definitely deserve a 10/10 recommend.

1 /5 Stephens Nikki (Nikki): So I have had a very high risk pregnancy an im 33 weeks my doctor sent me here today and said we may need to be delivered immediatly 3 people that got here after me have went back before me im having back to back contractions that are very painful and also everytime they have had to start an IV here they have poked me multiple times and still dont get it in correctly! Very dissatisfied with my care

After trying 2 other Drs at Casa I experienced an immediate welcome difference from previous offices. I have been cared for, listened too and treated with respect since day 1. Everyone is professional, caring, direct & down to earth. The care is excellent and at Casa like nowhere else I’ve ever been I feel that I am whole person with an important role in treatment planning. Referrals are also given with confidence, honesty and care. I can’t imagine going anywhere else now!!

AdventHealth North Pinellas - Tarpon Springs Eliezer Rodriguez: I came to the hospital yesterday Sunday November 17 at 5:pm. The nurses in general are very sweet and professional. They called me in to a ER room quickly and in less then 3 hours I had a diagnosis. A huge kidney stone. Today is 2:35 pm of Nov 18, 2024 and I still haven’t been seen by the urologist that I was told yesterday I was going to be seen by this morning. I haven been able to eat anything for more than 17 hours due to doctors orders and every time I asked for an update about when the urologist will show up all I get is that they are sending him messages but they don’t know. This has been very sad and poorly medical care from this urologist. The rest of the staff have been nice but is the urologist who can only operate the surgery i need so. I will recommend if you are in need of a fast medical care try to visit another medical facility as this hospital doesnt have the enough medical capacity to provide rapid care to their patients. All I am being told is to be patient and continue to wait. They only have one urologist and that Dr is missing in action. Lead nurse, supervisors of nurses none can get a hold of him. They keep telling me that the urologist is a great doctor but who cares if he needs to be available for patients in the hospital and he is not even responding. He is ignoring all the text messages and not picking up the phone. So to me this is very poor medical treatment this hospital is providing at least in the urologist field. Update: I was just told that my surgery will be tomorrow 19Nov2024. I have been waiting for 3 days and 2 nights.

HCA Florida Clearwater Emergency - Clearwater Cameron Spivey: (Edited) We arrived at the Gulf to Bay ER location Sunday morning, Feb. 2nd at about 3am after I woke to the most excruciating back pain I’ve ever felt in my almost 60 year life. I encountered 4 people while I was there. The security guard was helpful and the scan technician was courteous and understanding. The nurse was neither of those things. The Dr was adequate. NOTE: There’s a ~$5,000 “facility fee” to get help there. That’s before costs for any service provided.

Clearwater Medical Group - Clearwater Irving Paiewonsky: I recently received a nerve damage screening. The administrative staff were courteous and efficient. The medical nurse practitioner who performed the screening steps was knowledgeable, caring and dedicated to her profession. I strongly recommend this medical practice.

Clearwater Free Clinic - Clearwater Alyssa Stevens: No wonder they have issues with people showing up to appointments on time because the clinic cant keep up with all the appointments they keep cancelling. My appointment has been scheduled and rescheduled, by them, 3 times now. They keep "forgetting" to call for medical history. The most unprofessional facility i have ever seen. Meanwhile my conditions continue to get worse. Thanks for wasting my time.

Clearwater Health Department - Clearwater Kaitlyn Collins: My daughters were scheduled for the dentist and all had different appointment times three out the day they ended up taking them all back at the same time the office staff was amazing and so sweet! Super clean and fast and vocal about each step to each one of my girls so they weren’t scared.

Countryside Medical Clinic - Clearwater HeavyD: I have been going to Dr Kay for years. I have never had any problems with him or his staff. They have been very accommodating in every instance. In 2020, Dr Kay diagnosed me with an issue that I didnt think was a problem. In fact it required surgery that probably saved my life. Then COVID hit and the surgery was delayed. I got really worried but the surgeon worked with me and we were able to reset the appointment.
