1 /5 Claggett Robert (Bob): Hey, in the past, I have given you five stars every one of several times in the past two years. But this time quite a different story. I will also say that I am aware they’re probably was a reason, but the reason should’ve never existed had been covered correctly. I was referred by the Orlando Health walk-in clinic at 27 and 48. I was referred for an x-ray after I had an oxygen treatment in the office and three prescriptions provided. To make a long story short. Really was a terrible experience. I walked in was told to wait while three or four other people were signed in. I then realized that they were treating an x-ray patient, outpatient, differently than an emergency room patient. A little bit of detail and I will end this. In short, The room had about dozen people in it, including bout sixthat were told to sign ahead of me. I watched as all 12 people went ahead of me and that was not enough as I watched four or five people come in after the room had emptied, and they were given attention. I finally walked up to the counter and was told that I was treated differently than an emergency room. Patient as it was on a weekend And they just helped the x-ray folks in having a seated. Was reeling unpleasant experience. Something really should be worked out where a person walks in and over a dozen people who enter later are attended to first. Procedure/policy here and needs to be changed to assist simple x-ray referrals, and I would assume other referrals from urgent care facilities in the Orlando Health system.
