1 /5 julie Harmon: Day shift nurses were exceptional despite very unclean facility. Something sticky on the floor next to the bed for 2 days. Extra equipment stored in the bathroom for the entire stay. Extreme difference at night. The night nursing staff should be monitored closely on the second floor. They did not respond to call button at all. Oxycodone was on record of being administered, but it was not. Beware of this shifts nurses.

1 /5 Kathleen Martin: My 90 year old Mom went to ER and was in 12/10 Pain and bad cough that was causing the pain. 13 hours later sent us home with oxy and no lung treatment or advice for expectorant. The tech gentleman was the greatest ever! The hospital ER doc was clueless! The nurses were fabulous. My mom declined after the visit and had to be treated the next day. I’m sure the ER bill will be 20000 for nothing!

5 /5 Scott Obertal: I recently had surgery at the Cleveland Ave location and from the time I showed up at 630am, until surgery everything was like clock work. Evelyn checked me in, she was such a nice and professional. My surgeon, Dr. Lin, was very professional and shared my surgery. My Anastasiaologist shared his process. I was moved to a room for the night, everyone was great. I cant say enough about my care while I was there. Thank you to all that made sure my meds were delivered on time, and my care was top notch. 5 /5 marie ortiz: I was a little scared by these reviews, but the truth is that you have to live your own experience. I had an EGD, and I can only say WOW! From the moment I entered the registration, to the waiting room, everything was super fast, the nurses treated me excellently, the supervisor spoke to me to ask how I had been treated, he was so nice with me! When I went in to have the procedure done they were super kind and helped me calm my nerves, I felt super safe, when I left they were also super attentive. I am very grateful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
