HealthPark Medical Center Emergency Room - Fort Myers (FL)

2 /5 Kimberly Phares: My father was admitted to the ER while my mother was upstairs in a room dying after over a month long stay. They were kind enough to let my father go up and say goodbye. After she passed I went down stairs to the ER where my father had been for 3 hours already. 2 hours later the nurse said she was sending in the physician. 45 min later we called the ER desk to inquire when the Dr was coming in that it had been 45 min. “There are other people here and you are not the priority now.” I said excuse me were you really just that rude. “No just being honest” was the response. I would like to personally thank ARIEL for letting me know that a patient in the ER at HealthPark was not a priority. I realize they had no idea he had just lost his wife of over 50 years but you would think someone working in the ER would have more compassion.

1 /5 Nairelys Borges: If I could give this place a 0 I would . Worst hospital ever. Misdiagnosing patients, hippa violation , nurses talking about patients diagnosis and making comments right in the nurses station where you can hear it from every room and when you walk by. Wait time it’s absolutely ridiculous and let not talk about the nurses here not having an ounce of empathy . If you have a serious issues please do not come here !!!!!!

5 /5 Debra Markovich: I had a recent visit to the ER and all I can say is everyone was polite, courteous and efficient. I was seen quickly and monitored for a couple of hours. I am leaving this review so that the community will know we have a great resource here.

1 /5 Sean Odom: This hospital is so bad that the employees dont even use it. Its always overcrowded and slower than a car with 4 flat tires and no engine. I took my daughter here because she was having contractions 16 mins apart. Got the OB ER, and it was a shit show. Ppl waiting that had their water broke and nurses ignoring everyone. Unfortunately, her doctor only delivers here, so we have put up with the negligent employees. Ill have to wait in the lobby. Just go somewhere else. I know 4 ppl who worked here, and they refuse to come here.
