They help you get all the correct documents you need to be seen, that way you’re not wasting anyone’s time including your own. Dr. Backstrand Is very kind & compassionate! He listened to my concerns/problems & has given me not only my life back, but my faith in humanity. If you really need help then LCMC are the people to call!

They all are extremely nice to me each time I go to my appointment, no matter how busy or stressed the receptionist may be she always has a kind word & a smile for me. She is one in a million. Every one who works there is just the nicest people, they always make my day. I just wish a lot more people could be that way. They are the greatest, warmest People, I have met in a long, long time. 5 /5 Crushing the Vector: I am 100% Disabled Vet. With their help, Ive managed to get some of my life back. After years of immobility and chronic pain, I can now get around a bit better and contribute in my home in ways I was unable to for years. Im grateful for the assistance, compassion and understanding I have received from the Dr and his staff. My service connected injuries will likely leave me living with pain for the remainder of my life. With the care and treatment I receive from Lee Co Medical Center, my quality of life has improved and I am finally able to get back to living.

5 /5 Matt Stclair: Ive been a patient here for 7 years now. They are a very professional and caring clinic. If you are a legitimate PM patient who needs a caring Dr give them a shot. Be patient, they are very busy but do what they can to try and help those truly suffering and in need. To 1 star Ken, seems you never write anyone more than a 1 star review and many PM dr.s have had an issue with you. Maybe you should seek treatment for other issues and hopefully have greater success. Sorry if I seem to be picking on you cause Im not. Simply making a point. Good luck all with your journeys I wish you all well!

Anne-Marie A: My mother is at Select now. This is an amazing facility! They are a 60 bed hospital with just about every specialty (no orthopedic or obstetric departments). The doctors are kind, compassionate and honest. The nurses are very caring. The social workers are on top of everything, communicating with everyone. Food service does an excellent job of meeting the patients needs. Everyone takes the time to answer all of our questions. They have included me in their rounds ( on my mothers care). I cant say enough good things about this hospital. Please open a Select in Sarasota!

HealthPark Medical Center Emergency Room - Fort Myers

Kimberly Phares: My father was admitted to the ER while my mother was upstairs in a room dying after over a month long stay. They were kind enough to let my father go up and say goodbye. After she passed I went down stairs to the ER where my father had been for 3 hours already. 2 hours later the nurse said she was sending in the physician. 45 min later we called the ER desk to inquire when the Dr was coming in that it had been 45 min. “There are other people here and you are not the priority now.” I said excuse me were you really just that rude. “No just being honest” was the response. I would like to personally thank ARIEL for letting me know that a patient in the ER at HealthPark was not a priority. I realize they had no idea he had just lost his wife of over 50 years but you would think someone working in the ER would have more compassion.

Nobody wants to take a trip to the emergency room but everyone we encountered from security, check in desk, triage, nurses and doctors all were very nice, comforting, helpful and communicated exceptionally. The waiting room was pretty small and there wasn’t enough rooms to accommodate the amount of patients but they are doing their best to be able to accommodate everyone and make everyone as comfortable as possible.

Cate E: My husband unfortunately got very sick and ended up in the hospital and rehab for over a month. We did not have a local primary care doctor to manage his care here on an outpatient basis right away so we had to have the complex care team manage our homecare, IV antibiotics and medical needs until we could be seen by our new primary doctor. Petra and DJ were excellent. Very knowledgeable and made sure we had what we needed to manage my husband’s care. They were responsive when we or another doctor needed something. Thank you to the complex care team for all your help. Much better experience than I ever imagined.

FORT MYERS GROUP LLC: My dad went to the facility due to strong leg and back pain to this specific facility and was seen by BRITTANEE DONOVAN, PA-C – NPI #1740658368 Physician Assistant who was rude and discriminated against my father for being Hispanic and an elderly man. She didnt even let him tell her how he was filling, she interrupted him, screamed at him and even left the room without seeing him and without provided him medical attention, the person that was translating the conversation felt so bad that she even stayed there and apologized for the so called "doctor" behavior. Medical staff sometimes forget that they ought to be professional and provide attention to those in need, nobody wants to get sick and thats why we pay for insurance, the medical attention is not free and they charge a lots of money for it. This incident could have happened to any other human being in the same facility, we all have bad days but patients dont have to put up with Medical staff personal issues. I will report this discriminatory incident to the County Health Department and the Florida Department of Health as well.

Including gulf coast, cape coral, lee county n health park owned by the same ceos and family owned, most doctors working in different areas are family members. All incompetent, its a corrupt institution, profiting from capping insurance and murdering your loved ones. Misdiagnosis and un needled treatments. Basically you lab rats for profiting. you suspect fowl play, they shut you down and medical records dissappear. A classaction lawsuit needs to be opened. Problem, not an attorney in lee county will touch them. They murdered, yes murdered my 30 yr old son. I was able to scan all records before they dissappear and when requested was refused, then dissappear. Autopsy performed by the country tpo forensic pathologist with the fbi, proved what i suspected. They murdered him.
