1 /5 Alyssa Rios: If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am extremely disheartened and dissatisfied with this office. My mother has been dealing with severe medical issues, and her original appointment has been rescheduled twice. The last in-person appointment she attended, the receptionist was extremely disrespectful when we asked her a question to clarify something she stated. She was so rude that my mother felt uncomfortable to speak up the remainder of the time we were present. Not only are they impossible to reach over the phone, but the same receptionist we dealt with at the appointment is consistently out of line and disrespectful when she calls over the phone. Her poor customer service and complete disregard for the individuals calling in is unacceptable. We are all human and deserve to be treated as such. Giving people an attitude and stating âFIND ANOTHER DOCTORâ then hanging up on them when they have questions about their health and appointments is unacceptable. If you care about the wellbeing of yourself and your loved ones, I recommend finding another location, as this one clearly does not care. When I tried calling to speak with someone regarding how my mother and I were treated, the woman who answered âredirectedâ me and informed me I could leave a voicemail for a supervisor named Mario. However, I was redirected to a voicemail that said, âany voicemails left on this machine will not be listened to.â When I called back, my calls were ignored. Frankly, this location should not be in business, as they prefer to mistreat patients rather than provide proper care.
I have seen other reviews with very similar situations. The offices fake responses claiming they are sorry to read about the experiences people are stating theyâve had is unacceptable. If the office truly cares about the patient and not just their online presence, save your fake apologies and actually do something about the poor services! Let me know when youâre ready to give me a call, actually see patients for their appointments, and hire real receptionists that can actually respect the customers that are coming in. Remember, as important and valuable you are to someone, so are the patients coming into your offices. I want the best care for my mother and that is why this review is to save all other potential patients from feeling the same headache and heartache when you are just trying to get the services you need. Find a better office that cares, I promise itâll be worth it and could save your time / life.
