1 /5 Shea Newman: Iâve been coming to nemours for years! Usually the customer service is amazing and theyâre quick with their patients. I came in as a walk in, to an empty office with the exception of a patient in one of 6 rooms they had. We came in for an xray for my daughterâs wrist, after waiting for an hour I asked how much longer the wait would be the RN asked what I was in the clinic for exactly; which surprised me seeing as we explained everything to the MA upon entering. I reiterated the reason for our visit and she said oh there is one patient ahead of you, I asked if they were also there for an xray. She stated âoh no theyâre not, let me see if we can get you in for that xrayâ. She pointed to the RT who was sitting right next to her leaning back on her phone. I went back to my daughter in the room and within 10 minutes we got our xray and went back to our room thinking itâd be quick now. After 2 hours in the room we still had heard nothing regardless of getting a notification that her xray results were in (on the Nemours App). Huge waste of time with very little assistance from the staff and disappointment! Never coming to this location again!
