1 /5 Adriana Vela: horrible service!! I need my money back. I paid 75 usd for nothing, you didnt check my son at all, and gave a wrong diagnosis. You just check the blood pressure and the urine, both didnt make a swap for covid, for flu or check if it was pneumonia. Or check the ears…. My son had pneumonia not apendicitis as you thought without checking him. How you can give a result without exploring him? Please return my money back as soon as possible. Worst urgent care ever.

5 /5 Anthony Rabiee: Unfortunately had to get medical care today while on vacation, I have to say I was amazed at how quickly the the staff at Buena Vista Urgent Care was able to do registration, take information, and get me back to the room. From when I walked in the door I was able to see the doctor within 25 minutes, granted I was the first patient there when they opened in the morning. He was thorough, quickly diagnosed the issue and got me everything I needed, and his assistant was also super friendly and helpful. Overall great experience, highly recommend this urgent care center for their efficiency, overall friendliness, and getting me exactly what I needed to feel better

5 /5 Hank Thomas: Was headed out on a cruise next day went to urgent care , was seen by Michele Schryver PA. Was very attentive , assessed and prescribed medications. Sat in room for a few minutes like genuinely concerned . Very personal. Better than my home physician who visits about 2 minutes then gone. I would highly recommend this office and really appreciate the time Michele spent with us.

5 /5 Patrick Thies: !!AMAZING!! The night before my family left for a 10 day vacation my son presented with white spots that ended up being strep. We got him treated at the er and a prescription before we left. At 3am the next day my daughter presented with white spots. We tried to contact her PCP she was out of the office and no other doctor would prescribe her an antibiotic over the phone. Day one we came to see Doctor Becker. He and his staff are so kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure we had every opportunity to enjoy our vacation. They also filled her meds onsite for next to nothing. This was such a convenience. The entire visit including the uber ride there and back was 1 hour, and I feel like we were so thoroughly taken care of. I would see him as a PCP if we lived here!

Nemours Childrens Health, Osceola - Kissimmee Shea Newman: I’ve been coming to nemours for years! Usually the customer service is amazing and they’re quick with their patients. I came in as a walk in, to an empty office with the exception of a patient in one of 6 rooms they had. We came in for an xray for my daughter’s wrist, after waiting for an hour I asked how much longer the wait would be the RN asked what I was in the clinic for exactly; which surprised me seeing as we explained everything to the MA upon entering. I reiterated the reason for our visit and she said oh there is one patient ahead of you, I asked if they were also there for an xray. She stated ‘oh no they’re not, let me see if we can get you in for that xray’. She pointed to the RT who was sitting right next to her leaning back on her phone. I went back to my daughter in the room and within 10 minutes we got our xray and went back to our room thinking it’d be quick now. After 2 hours in the room we still had heard nothing regardless of getting a notification that her xray results were in (on the Nemours App). Huge waste of time with very little assistance from the staff and disappointment! Never coming to this location again!

Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital Emergency Room - St Cloud Agnes Sepulveda: The moment I step in the lobby with my mother, the security officer was so helpful and compassionate. Helped her onto a wheelchair. The receptionist, nurses were exceptional, respectful and just happy people. I was dreading going but they all put us at ease and worked diligently. I would give a million starts! Top notch service!

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Caceres is exceptional—she genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to ensure every concern is addressed. Unlike many other doctors who seem rushed or focused on unnecessary procedures, she listens attentively and explains everything in detail. She created the best plan tailored to my needs, and for the first time, I felt truly heard and cared for. Her dedication and professionalism are unmatched. I cannot recommend Dr. Caceres enough—she’s everything you hope to find in a doctor and more!

Celebration Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Institute - Kissimmee Dave Graves: Great experience. Facility was super clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Robinson was excellent. Very professional, explained my condition in terms a non medical person could understand. Explained everything he did and told me what to expect. Ill never go to another doctor again...if you have hand issues definitely go to Dr. Robinson!

Osceola Gynecology - Orlando cathi dillard: Excellent medical practice with a kind and caring staff, including doctors! Very knowledgeable people, and it’s nice to be treated with such care and kindness. I also love the fact that the staff is kind and respectful toward each other as well as toward their patients. So thankful my primary doctor referred me to Osceola Gynecology!!!

The Womens Center - Celebration Emma PL: I am glad I decided to go to The Women’s Center in Celebration! I had a great visit with Provider, JASMINE NORTH. From the time I walked into the office, I was greeted by friendly staff. I didn’t have to wait at all to be seen. The ultrasound technician was thorough and made me feel very comfortable. The Provider was amazing as well. I did not feel rushed, she listened to my concerns, and gave me her recommendations. I am so happy I found this location!
