5 /5 Agnes Sepulveda: The moment I step in the lobby with my mother, the security officer was so helpful and compassionate. Helped her onto a wheelchair. The receptionist, nurses were exceptional, respectful and just happy people. I was dreading going but they all put us at ease and worked diligently. I would give a million starts! Top notch service!

5 /5 Laurie Salazar: I came in to the ER with extreme back pain and back spasms. From the moment I got there the staff made my comfort a number one priority. Everyone was kind and attentive to my needs. The facility was clean and well run. I appreciate the care I was given.

The communication with my son was very much appreciated. I was pretty much out of it and they were extremely professional.

1 /5 DonEthlyn Jones: Going to St. Cloud Hospital’s ER was an enlightening experience. Below is a list of concerns during my ER visit: *Medication review wasn’t done (usually done when vitals are taken). *There were strands of long hair in the chair that was in the transition room. I wiped off the chair using a soapy wet paper towel… *An EKG was done, but the doctor didn’t come to the transition room to talk with me about the results. I asked the nurse about my EKG results. THAT’S NOT OKAY. The doctor should have reviewed the results with me. *I asked for a doctor’s note for work. I’d missed work that day. The note was needed for the day that I missed work. I could barely move my shoulder because of the pain. This doctor gave me a referral for an orthopedic doctor. When she wrote my note it stated “Don…was seen and treated in our emergency department on 3/15/2025. She may return to work/school on 3/16.2025. Why would I return to work the next day when I could barely move my shoulder? What sense does that make? I had not been to the Orthopedic doctor. Why couldn’t the doctor, D. Dicesare, simply write. Mrs. Jones was seen in our emergency department on 3/15/2025. *I am an Orlando Health patient. I am in the Orlando Health patient portal “My Chart”. I don’t think anyone that I came in contact with at St. Cloud’s Emergency Department knew that. If the doctor, D. Dicesare, looked over my “My Chart” she would have seen that I have a preference in how I’d like to be acknowledged. I wish that my experience at St. Cloud’s Emergency Department had been better. I put my trust in the staff’s knowledge and expertise and I feel that they let me down. Thank you for sending me a link to provide a Google review.

5 /5 W Williams: This was my first time visiting St cloud emergency hospital while out of town, and I was very impressed with their motivation and attentiveness to my needs. Every staff member who cared for me that night was polite, kind, and patient. Most doctors you meet a rude, in a hurry, and have bad bedside matters, but not the doctor I encountered that night, he was very kind and genuine. Even the security guards were polite, friendly, and helpful. Through my illness the staffs made it pleasant and that I comfortable much as possible. Thank you to the staffs and doctor that was on shift that morning. I appreciate all that you do ❤️
