Palm Beach Health Network Physician Group - Boynton Beach Linda Furse: Wow! I agree with most of these reviews. I have called twice to make an appointment as a new patient and they do NOT call me back. They state within 24 hrs. Haha! This is the office on Yamato road in Boca Raton. This is unacceptable! The kicker is that I work for Tenet and I thought if I mentioned that on my message I would get a callback. Nope. I will call the Director of that Division to make him/her aware. What a shame! Tenet is in financial chaos so you would think good service would be a must. Unbelievable!

Boca Pediatric Group - Boca Raton Chris Basile: My wife and I have been bringing our two children to Boca Pediatric Group for over a decade, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care they have provided. When our daughter recently turned 18, our insurance company attempted to transfer her to another provider. However, after speaking with Boca Pediatrics, they assured us that she could continue receiving care there. I fought with the insurance company to make it happen because we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The service at this office is truly OUTSTANDING! We have Humana Medicaid, and unlike experiences we’ve had elsewhere, we are never treated any differently than patients with other insurance plans. The office staff is always warm and welcoming. Even when we have to wait, I know it’s because the provider is giving another family the time and attention they deserve—just as they will for us. My daughter’s health is extremely complex, and Diane Wold, APRN, has been an absolute blessing. She listens attentively and provides the guidance we need to navigate our daughter’s care. When we can’t see her, the other providers are just as compassionate and knowledgeable. A special shout-out to Monique in the Referral Department—she is truly AMAZING! I understand how challenging her job is, yet she handles everything with expertise and dedication. The entire support staff is phenomenal, always going the extra mile to assist patients and families. We are so happy with Boca Pediatric Group that we gladly drive almost an hour to receive care here. The quality of service and level of commitment from the entire team make it well worth the trip. Marcus Neuroscience Institute | Boca Raton - Boca Raton Alison Rubin: Stay away from MNI unless you have a private, out - of - pocket concierge doctor to manage your disease. There is no coordinated care here if your loved one experiences a medical emergency. Departments do not communicate and if your doctor is away, there is no one to treat you or return a call. Significant lack of experience with Parkinsons patients in the neuro ICU . Haldol was administered for agitation which is a dopamine blocker and worsens symptoms significantly in older patients. My father left the hospital worse than when he went into it.
