1 /5 Alfredo Giulfo: Extremely unprofessional staff. Receptionist will look at you while you ask a question, and look back to her monitor without saying a word. Appointments are a joke, because they don’t go by appointment time, they go by the time the patient arrived, yet even after came an hour prior to the appointment of my husband we were not attended on time. ALSO and this is very important, in this COVID world we are living on. If you wait outside (in an attempt to not stay in an over-crowded waiting area) and they call your name, they wont bother to go outside to see if you are there, so I guess you must wait inside despite the fact the space is small, there’s easily 20 people in at any given time. So there goes Social Distancing out the window. We are requesting my husband be changed to another psychiatrist because this place is dangerous, and the staff clearly don’t care for anything or anyone. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.
