1 /5 John Bostrom: The office is impossible to reach, I have a billing issue and the billing number called, says its not in service. This office is trying to double bill me I have checked my bill pay and they have deposited the banks check. How can you put a phone number for billing that is not even in service. They should have an option for 0 stars. I have now been calling for 45 minutes and no answer, a recording says that I can leave my name and number but no prompt to do so. You are then transfered and after a few rings you get the same message as the original and a goodbye. Also emergant is not the same as emergency you may want to change that on you recording.

5 /5 lisa bissell: Dr. Nezgoda is a kind and compassionate person. When I brought my Mother to him, the outlook was not good. A true miracle was performed by this extremely talented professional. Your office staff is friendly, and works well together as a team as well, which is a pleasure. Scheduling has been seamless. Doctor, please accept my familys heartfelt thank you. If I could give you 10 stars it wouldnt be enough!! I highly recommend Dr. Joseph Nezgoda, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Nezgoda has been administering monthy injections to heal a venal occlusion in my eye for close to a year with no adverse reactions or affects. My vision is steadily improving. Friendly helpful staff and you can tell Dr. Nezgoda and staff love what they do. I am very happy we found them and thankful for their efforts.

1 /5 Jesse Martin: There is no easy parking and when you call to ask for advice about parking you will get yelled at and have the the phone slammed on you. When you call back to cancel the appointment the receptionist will hang up on you and again after informing you she has no boss there and there is no one else to speak to.

Dr. Ofer J. Shustik, MD - West Palm Beach Tali Tadmor: Dr. Shustik is hands-down the best medical doctor I have seen in my 45 years of life! His demeanor and bed-side manner is calm, positive, thorough, attentive, flexible, and personal. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed and asked me questions about my recreational life (which no doctor has ever done before!). We also discussed vitamin supplements to address some life phase events and he made recommendations as to what I need. I find that doctors usually are distracted or rushed when visiting their patients, but not with Dr. Shustik. I had the sense that this doctor REALLY cared about my whole being and not just the fact that I just needed a physical exam and some other work done. Additionally, I could tell that Dr. Shustik is fully dedicated to his patients and he becomes so involved that he makes home visits as well! I never have to wait for appointments because he will take you that day if you need it. In addition, the fact that his staff is very friendly and welcoming shows his dedication to his patient satisfaction. It’s actually more like having medical attention in the comfort of a home and not a typical foctor’s office ! I definitely recommend this practice to anyone that values their health and wants a doctor that’s holistic, empowering, and a true team player!

I have called twice to make an appointment as a new patient and they do NOT call me back. They state within 24 hrs. Haha! This is the office on Yamato road in Boca Raton. This is unacceptable! The kicker is that I work for Tenet and I thought if I mentioned that on my message I would get a callback. Nope. I will call the Director of that Division to make him/her aware. What a shame! Tenet is in financial chaos so you would think good service would be a must. Unbelievable!

When our daughter recently turned 18, our insurance company attempted to transfer her to another provider. However, after speaking with Boca Pediatrics, they assured us that she could continue receiving care there. I fought with the insurance company to make it happen because we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The service at this office is truly OUTSTANDING! We have Humana Medicaid, and unlike experiences we’ve had elsewhere, we are never treated any differently than patients with other insurance plans. The office staff is always warm and welcoming. Even when we have to wait, I know it’s because the provider is giving another family the time and attention they deserve—just as they will for us. My daughter’s health is extremely complex, and Diane Wold, APRN, has been an absolute blessing. She listens attentively and provides the guidance we need to navigate our daughter’s care. When we can’t see her, the other providers are just as compassionate and knowledgeable. A special shout-out to Monique in the Referral Department—she is truly AMAZING! I understand how challenging her job is, yet she handles everything with expertise and dedication. The entire support staff is phenomenal, always going the extra mile to assist patients and families. We are so happy with Boca Pediatric Group that we gladly drive almost an hour to receive care here. The quality of service and level of commitment from the entire team make it well worth the trip.
