5 /5 Amanda: Always a great experience at this location the staff is friendly and Dr Dai has been my most favorite OB Ive ever had. Shes so knowledgeable and so good at her job. You can tell she loves what she does! Shes been there from small appointments to delivering my baby. Her assistant Diana is great! I highly recommend this office!

1 /5 Deziray Mosier: Dr. Dai is great, it’s the receptionist at the front desk that is extremely rude. Every time I come here I say I’m going to switch OBGYNS because I think well maybe she’s just having a bad day. But how does she have bad years… she doesn’t even acknowledge people when they are at the desk, when you try to politely address her, she just ignores you. She definitely should have a job where she doesn’t have to deal with people since she doesn’t like them so much.

4 /5 Amber Moreland-Holmes: Although most of the time there is a wait, Dr. Dai is super sweet and personable! She’s always open to answering questions as well! Also, we had Cheila as our Medical Assistant for the 1st time at our last visit…Cheila deserves 5 stars by herself! So personable, so kind, great bedside manner, informative, and she makes you feel so welcomed!

1 /5 A R: To be honest I left her office CRYING because the service was so horrible. First of all the front desk lady literally rolled her eyes at me for no reason :( there’s a reason why all the google reviews keep saying the front desk is bad because it literally is horrible. As a person that has done front desk at Drs office before respect is #1 and these people are super rude for no reason. Second red flag was hearing the Dr SCREAM at the medical assistant. I should have known from there it was not going to be good. Third- Dr literally laughed in my face when I asked a question. Like I’m not making it up yall. She laughed AT me. who does that???? At no point did the Dr ever asked me how I felt and how I was doing :( At no point did they even do a review of system or ask me about symptoms Came in and examined me for 30 seconds and told me to just follow up. it was the dumbest excuse for a new patient appointment. Upon checking out while I was crying and accepting the reality that this was a horrible appointment, the only thing I asked is to change the lab work from quest to lab corp. (Which btw provider never even told me she was ordering labs or asked me where I wanted them sent.) Anyways the checkout lady tells me I would have to ask the MA for that( the MA was already with someone else). I have used eCW (same system they use) thousands of times and it only takes few clicks to change the lab facility, AND on top of that she was literally on the phone taking a personal call while assisting me. How are yall training the staff? What ever happened to Drs caring for patients? What ever happened to holistic care? What ever happened to RESPECT? As a fellow healthcare worker who has worked with several providers AND HCA employee I’m heartbroken to have been treated like this. I didn’t deserve this . :(

1 /5 Pritza Ciceron: The lady at the front desk is consistently rude. She handed me the clipboard without saying anything, and when I was called to collect my copayment, she handed me the receipt and instructed me to sign in an abrupt tone. She also returned my credit card without any comment. Each time I visit, I receive the same treatment from her. Its frustrating to see someone with such a negative attitude employed in a customer-facing role. She doesnt greet you when you arrive; instead, she simply asks for your name and hands you the clipboard without speaking.
