5 /5 Jason Perea: They are awesome. Not only did they get me in same day, Dr. Patel pulled my broken tooth and gave me so much relief. Everyone is super nice. A great place to go. Edit: I went back to get started with dentures. Nadia was super helpful at the desk. She and Nakya are a great asset to this business. Both of them are great.

5 /5 Sophie Eaton: As someone who’s had bad dental experiences before it’s safe to say you are in good hands here. The staff here are super friendly and willing to help work with you on your billing and insurance and are super flexible with scheduling. Dr.Patel was very professional and gentle with me, and all of their assistants were kind and walked me through the work I was receiving which put me at ease and helped my anxiety. I will probably spell this wrong but thank you nekiah, you are awesome!

1 /5 Samantha M: Beware! Dr Patel has dang near almost killed one of my best friends. She is a veteran and an AMAZING Mom/Person etc. she trusted Dr Patel had her best interest at heart with her dental needs. Not only did he cause her permanent damage, but he blew her off for nearly a month when she kept returning saying something didn’t feel right. He punctured her sinus with an infected tooth and let her suffer. He has never attempted to make things right with her or has ever apologized. My poor friend has a mountain of health issues and years of being on strong medications for autoimmune, it has taken a toll on her teeth. She is struggling immensely to be here as a result of his carelessness and lack of expertise. She has been in and out of the hospital, doctors offices, multiples surgeries. Multiple medications to keep herself alive and to keep ongoing complications from this preventable negligence. She has two severely disabled children and two other teenagers who have watched their mother’s health deteriorate and suffer because of his negligence. Beware. I would not trust this man with anyone you care about. I can’t sit back and not say anything after everything my beautiful friend has been through. Shame on you Dr Patel!

4 /5 Justice Hester: I started going to Panwma Ciry Smiles in November 2024. Im on my third visit and have at least 8 more before my mouth will be pretty. (Crossing my fingers). Im not sure what my dental hygienist name was but she was so sweet and gentle. She did a deep cleansing with antibiotics and that was absolutely the best cleaning. Cant wait for my next visit. Thanks Shay

1 /5 daniel odom: Was not pleased with service at all, I called a day prior to coming in, for tooth pain. I explained exactly which tooth and location, I even told them what a previous dentist told me about the location of the tooth and nerve, I was told they could pull it same day, I went in they did 1 X-ray just 1 and the doctor looked in my mouth with a small mirror for 10 seconds, said they couldn’t pull it and I needed to go to an oral surgeon, I would’ve been alright with this, but the fact they charged me $$$ 270 dollars for the xray and didn’t do anything else. They should’ve been upfront with the price before they even started!!!!
