He arrived quickly, 30 minutes after giving a call and within two minutes arriving he knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it within 20 minutes. Very kind & knowledgeable. Could’ve easily sold me on it but they were completely honest instead. Staff was helpful even though they were busy. Dropped off my car in the morning, got the diagnosis by afternoon. He explained the whole process to me and answered all my questions (I had a lot). My cars kinda old, so I was worried any out of pocket costs, but Tom made everything clear and easy to understand. He also saw me on time, which I really liked because I hate waiting around. Overall, if you need work done on your car, I’d definitely recommend going here and asking for Tom. He really took the time to help me out and made the whole thing way less stressful.
