Rosa at the front desk was concise and polite when we called to schedule an appointment - And knew exactly what I was talking about when mentioning the immigration process. When we arrived for our appointment we were greeted quickly and waited hardly any time at all - MUCH less time than I am used to waiting for other local doctors!! Dr. Ho does have a strong accent as I’ve seen mentioned in other comments but that did not keep us from communicating well. He was also concise but thorough when providing information and asked multiple times to ensure we understood him. Cindy was a lot of fun and moves quickly so we almost didn’t notice we’d taken care of everything. In and out of the office within two hours and that included waiting, getting blood drawn, meeting with Dr. Ho, 2 shots, and payment. AND it was cheaper than it would have been at the other doctor we would have had to wait more than a month to see. Thanks Rosa, Cindy, and Dr. Ho for the great experience.
