1 /5 VrDynasty: They Hung up in my faceafter canceling my appointment less than 24 hours before and 2 weeks after i set it. Very unprofessional and when i called to reset my appointment, i was pushed back 3 weeks and the operator HUNG UP on me afte 5 minutes of trying to reschedule. Pitiful, very unprofessional and rude.

1 /5 Kathy Weber: My husband is trying to get VA disability and the VA requested records from different places. They received from NCH and the surgical center of Naples but not Physicians. I called and they claim they never got a request . I find that hard to believe. If the VA doesn’t get the records my husband will probably not get his request. So we are driving there on Friday. I hope someone is in the office.

2 /5 Nivek Fabricio: Yall called me three times and I called back to get a unprofessional receptionist I didnt even get a chance said they call right back I made sure to set yall number up as a fraud because I never received a voicemail I told her that too she could have helped out a bit more but I would want her at the front who know how many poor people shes done that too.

5 /5 Gail Cacciola: Came in by EMS with chest pain. From ER admission through discharge the care, cleanliness, courtesy and professionalism was excellent. The nursing care was exceptional. Alex, Tatiana, Dar, Victoria on the telemetry unit were the best. Thank you to you all.

1 /5 conti ulia (uliawiki): terrible! my father is actually there now, and since 3 days, despite e bad infection, none urologyst showed up to visit him. A general doctor of the hospital just told me my father is risking the life and they are not able to reach an urologyst and actually since 3 days they are just offering generical care... I am so upset! ridiculous! (jtk my father has also a good health insurance). Nurses are super nice ... but where are the doctors and the specialists in this hospital???

Physicians Regional Pine Ridge - Emergency Room - Naples lenore lepore: Nurses were great but had to put a garbage can by the door so it would not open all the way because of closed door it was freezing in room . Also, Had to put another chair by the bathroom door, cause that would not stay open. Patient did not have a chair to sit in while in the room had to stay in bed all day

DOCTOR - Naples Bob Bynum: I am experiencing mixed emotions while writing this review. I don’t want to sound mean or vindictive with my comments but I’m at the point where something needs to be done. I was admitted as a possible stroke victim. After spending 9 hours in the ER without much information on my situation. I grew restless and disturbed that none was forthcoming. The Hospital staff were all very professional. Doctors, nurses, techs, transportation, food service and housekeeping. Still, something was missing. When I finally got to my room things were better. The staff continued to be most professional. My only complaint at this point is it was now 10 PM and I had not been offered anything to eat or drink. I did ask for and received a cold glass of water. The next day I started having tests conducted. It wasn’t till after several tests, hours and lunch that I met two of my Doctors who discussed with me my situation and a plan of sorts. I was then told I might (would ) need to spend another night in the facility. These Doctors totally Impressed me. I was clear from the conversation they had both totally studied my chart. Their questions were directed at a better under standing of MY situation. Later on I met the Neurologist who was working my case and she too was throughly involved and knowledgeable. It was like they had been studying me all my life. I closed night two out at 9 or 10 o’clock with a late test. Went back to my room and tried to sleep. Day three began With optimism of gettin out. At about 11 am a doctor stopped by. He advised me that one of my tests done yesterday was not yet “read”. At about 1 PM I called the desk and asked to speak or relay a message to DR Vina. The desk told me that was impossible. I asked for an update on my plan from my DR. I was told he was off today. I had to drag the information out of the person that he had be replaced today by Dr Pino. I indicated to the desk person that I needed some information on my situation and I felt I like I was being held without information. She told me that I was free to go and they held no one “ hostage. “ This disturbed me and I disputed her claim. And then, right at the Pinnacle of my anger my Neurologist and her Resident entered the room. They briefed me on the situation and informed me on what was still lacking. I discussed with them MY problem. And my problem as a patient is the screwed up system of information between patient and doctor and the currency of the situation. Also, the crazy way questions are answered by the Red button responders at the nursing station. To be told that I was not being held hostage is not the right choice of words to tell the patient or CUSTOMER. YOU GUYS GET FIVE STARS IN PATIENT CARE BUT A MINUS ZERO IN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE CUSTOMER (patient). Really, this hospital needs help keeping people informed during the transit of the health care system.

NCH Healthcare System - Naples Jim Henderson: I posted my past experiences with NCH earlier today. It was lengthy but important for people to hear. After posting I read, in horror, how many, many similarly horrid experiences so many people had at NCH. I tried to find anything good to put into my post but there was not one single thing NCH had done in my multiple visits in 2023 to assure me that they really cared about my health. However, I visited, as only a last ditch desperate attempt to find a doctor who cares, because my primary Dr recommended him, Dr Paz yesterday. He spent over 1 1/2 hours with my wife and I. Having been to Cleveland Clinic for all of my last appointments for care, I have become familiar with what quality care feels like. My experience was as equal to the care I have received at Cleveland Clinic. I would recommend Dr Paz to anyone who is looking for quality cardiac care. In our first visit we got more assurance of quality care than we ever experienced at NCH and, at Physicians Regional over the past 2 years!

Neighborhood Health Clinic - Naples eric kepka: They have a great program and help alot of people out and I appreciate them alot. With that being said I received treatment for a life threatening disease from them, everything was great for the first couple months. Then they lost the ability to do blood work on me due to the loss of an agreement with LabCorp. I should be tested periodically for the disease I have to see my viral load and to monitor me for problems. I called over a dozen times over the span of a month trying to receive answers, all they kept doing was passing the buck and no one ever took responsibility for the problem. It think it is very irresponsible the way they handled the problem. I never received any call backs or any helpful advice from them, meanwhile its been three months since I finished medication and I still dont know if Im cured or not. If you seek treatment through them make sure they follow up...

Tyrone Medina Walk-In Clinic - Naples Steve Hamro III: When I first moved to Naples over a decade ago I would visit this clinic when I had any health issues. Over the years Dr. Medina has probably been one of the most competent and nicest doctors I have used. I am sorry some reviews are upset with parking, insurance issues, waiting, other staff, etc but as far as the physician goes, I dont think it gets much better than Dr. Medina.

ER QuickCare - Naples Marsette Giusto: I had a great experience with ER Quick Care. From the receptionist to the Nurse/PA and Doctor, they were all very friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. I got great treatment from the whole team and drove by 3 Urgent Care clinics on the way because they are so great. I would recommend using this facility for any of your medical needs simply because they are better than the rest. I would credit the people who work there as the main reason why. They don’t just treat you, they actually Listen and care. That goes a long way with me and my Loved ones. This group is top notch and first class! Mike Giusto

EPN Urgent Care - Naples Donna McDermott: Saw Megan H , APRN today who was such a delight and well informed it was amazing. Will never go back to other Urgent Care Offices here in Naples. She spent a good amount of time with me and answered all my questions. I was very impressed. Wish I could give her a 5 plus rating. The other office staff was very professional but could smile more.
