4 /5 lenore lepore: Nurses were great but had to put a garbage can by the door so it would not open all the way because of closed door it was freezing in room . Also, Had to put another chair by the bathroom door, cause that would not stay open. Patient did not have a chair to sit in while in the room had to stay in bed all day

5 /5 Sarah Wallace: I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Physician’s Regional Emergency Room. From the moment I walked in, the staff was compassionate, efficient, and highly professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen quickly despite the busy environment. My nurses were top notch! The doctors and nurses were incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my treatment. Their kindness and expertise made a stressful situation much more manageable. The entire team worked seamlessly to provide top-notch care, and I truly felt like I was in the best hands. I’m so grateful for their dedication and hard work. Thank you, Physician’s Regional Hospital, for providing such excellent emergency care. I highly recommend this ER to anyone in need of prompt and compassionate medical attention.

4 /5 PATRICK DEMKO: I was seen immediately upon my arrival to the ER. The nurses and doctors were attentive and very professional regardless of how busy they were. The radiology department as well as the endoscopy department performed services with the same kindness and professionalism. I felt comfortable and safe.

1 /5 Joseph DAmato: I went to the ER for a possible TIA. It was the worst experience I have ever had. After 6 hrs. in the ER, I was told I was to be admitted. However, I was never moved to a room but remained in the ER for 18 hrs. From 11 PM through 6 AM received very little attention. In fact, I was actually ignored the majority of the time. Although I had numerous test performed on me, never did a doctor discuss any of there results. The discharge nurse told me, if I wanted my results, I would have to request my records from the "records dept". Expect for one male nurse, Nathan, the other nurses were too busy to provide me any information or service. If possible, I would avoid this ER at all cost.

5 /5 Roe Lou “Weezie”: Huge thank you to all the rapidly caring staff I encountered in my ER visit. Especially Dr Hunter Brown. He was very attentive, listened to me, very through. I had an excellent nurse as well and Im sorry I dont remember his name but he was a blessing as well. All the other staff from CT techs , to x-rays were great. This is not my first visit to this ER and I highly recommend it to anyone. I am a retired nurse and can be a little.... pushy , but everyone went above and beyond to comfort me. My experience was top notch and I have no complaints.
