With the exceptional staff here that gave him the proper motivation and assistance in exercises he was able to get his mobility and independence back.

1 /5 Cheyene Andrade: Great physical therapists on site but this place is highly unpredictable. They went from telling my mom she would need 3 weeks of inpatient rehab to 10 days now to having a meeting trying to push her out sooner. We had other options that would’ve cost nothing out of pocket to go to but instead chose this center because it was supposed to be the top Center for rehabilitation, now I’m paying out of pocket and mom is getting rushed out when she can’t even get in and out of bed on her own, there has been no request to the insurance for additional therapy after discharge, or for other medical necessities like a hospital bed after she is discharged. All when I could’ve had my mom in a different inpatient rehabilitation for three weeks free of cost. I truly regret bringing my mother here.

1 /5 Margie Manietta: Absolutely horrible treatment by the staff. Left my mother sitting for 4 hours after hip replacement and broken femur. She was left crying in pain and the staff left the room laughing? How atrocious and mean spirited the staff is to patients! Would not recommend to anyone!

She helped me with things that I could do at home after my therapy was over and it was everything that I could do with things I had here at the house. Not. I didnt have to go by anything. She also gave me some stretchy bands after my last appointment to make it easier for me to do a couple of the exercises. Period the office was extremely helpful to me to accommodate my schedule.And sometimes I had to make a change in appointments.And they worked with me to make that happen.So I appreciated everything that they did for me.Thanks for the opportunity to give them a big a plus by

linda walsh klein: I arrived via ambulance and was admitted to a room after about 10 minutes. Once there, the triage nurse was present and began an assessment. I felt safe. My nurse was attentive and communicative. He was concerned about my comfort as well as assisting me to BR, etc. Dr R Rodriguez was professional while at the same time, personable and reassuring. He sat and went over all my lab work and test results face to face & made recommendations for follow up care. The discharge instructions were thorough! I must give the ER 5 stars for the care I received!

lenore lepore: Nurses were great but had to put a garbage can by the door so it would not open all the way because of closed door it was freezing in room . Also, Had to put another chair by the bathroom door, cause that would not stay open. Patient did not have a chair to sit in while in the room had to stay in bed all day

Bob Bynum: I am experiencing mixed emotions while writing this review. I don’t want to sound mean or vindictive with my comments but I’m at the point where something needs to be done. I was admitted as a possible stroke victim. After spending 9 hours in the ER without much information on my situation. I grew restless and disturbed that none was forthcoming. The Hospital staff were all very professional. Doctors, nurses, techs, transportation, food service and housekeeping. Still, something was missing. When I finally got to my room things were better. The staff continued to be most professional. My only complaint at this point is it was now 10 PM and I had not been offered anything to eat or drink. I did ask for and received a cold glass of water. The next day I started having tests conducted. It wasn’t till after several tests, hours and lunch that I met two of my Doctors who discussed with me my situation and a plan of sorts. I was then told I might (would ) need to spend another night in the facility. These Doctors totally Impressed me. I was clear from the conversation they had both totally studied my chart. Their questions were directed at a better under standing of MY situation. Later on I met the Neurologist who was working my case and she too was throughly involved and knowledgeable. It was like they had been studying me all my life. I closed night two out at 9 or 10 o’clock with a late test. Went back to my room and tried to sleep. Day three began With optimism of gettin out. At about 11 am a doctor stopped by. He advised me that one of my tests done yesterday was not yet “read”. At about 1 PM I called the desk and asked to speak or relay a message to DR Vina. The desk told me that was impossible. I asked for an update on my plan from my DR. I was told he was off today. I had to drag the information out of the person that he had be replaced today by Dr Pino. I indicated to the desk person that I needed some information on my situation and I felt I like I was being held without information. She told me that I was free to go and they held no one “ hostage. “ This disturbed me and I disputed her claim. And then, right at the Pinnacle of my anger my Neurologist and her Resident entered the room. They briefed me on the situation and informed me on what was still lacking. I discussed with them MY problem. And my problem as a patient is the screwed up system of information between patient and doctor and the currency of the situation. Also, the crazy way questions are answered by the Red button responders at the nursing station. To be told that I was not being held hostage is not the right choice of words to tell the patient or CUSTOMER. YOU GUYS GET FIVE STARS IN PATIENT CARE BUT A MINUS ZERO IN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE CUSTOMER (patient). Really, this hospital needs help keeping people informed during the transit of the health care system.

Jim Henderson: I posted my past experiences with NCH earlier today. It was lengthy but important for people to hear. After posting I read, in horror, how many, many similarly horrid experiences so many people had at NCH. I tried to find anything good to put into my post but there was not one single thing NCH had done in my multiple visits in 2023 to assure me that they really cared about my health. However, I visited, as only a last ditch desperate attempt to find a doctor who cares, because my primary Dr recommended him, Dr Paz yesterday. He spent over 1 1/2 hours with my wife and I. Having been to Cleveland Clinic for all of my last appointments for care, I have become familiar with what quality care feels like. My experience was as equal to the care I have received at Cleveland Clinic. I would recommend Dr Paz to anyone who is looking for quality cardiac care. In our first visit we got more assurance of quality care than we ever experienced at NCH and, at Physicians Regional over the past 2 years!

eric kepka: They have a great program and help alot of people out and I appreciate them alot. With that being said I received treatment for a life threatening disease from them, everything was great for the first couple months. Then they lost the ability to do blood work on me due to the loss of an agreement with LabCorp. I should be tested periodically for the disease I have to see my viral load and to monitor me for problems. I called over a dozen times over the span of a month trying to receive answers, all they kept doing was passing the buck and no one ever took responsibility for the problem. It think it is very irresponsible the way they handled the problem. I never received any call backs or any helpful advice from them, meanwhile its been three months since I finished medication and I still dont know if Im cured or not. If you seek treatment through them make sure they follow up...

Over the years Dr. Medina has probably been one of the most competent and nicest doctors I have used. I am sorry some reviews are upset with parking, insurance issues, waiting, other staff, etc but as far as the physician goes, I dont think it gets much better than Dr. Medina.
