5 /5 Chris Rohricht: Drove 1300 miles to Florida and a week after we got there the front drivers side brake caliper started sticking. I called them at 8:30 to come in. My appointment was at 10:00 AM. They immediately hoisted my car up, diagnosed the stuck brake caliper and ordered the new caliper and flexible hose. The parts arrived quickly, were installed professionally, the system was bled properly and the vehicle was road tested. All done in 90 minutes! The prices were very competitive and you leave the place feeling you can trust these guys. Excellent work.

Really took care of my vehicle in a timely manner and let me park the car for a few days even during 4th of July which other auto shops don’t let you do especially since i had to get it towed. They also recommended a towing company which was very quick. Pricing was very reasonable and also let me know what other maintenance could be done but was not pushy. The owner was very nice and informative as well as the other technicians. I would definitely recommend for anyone to take their vehicle here. Shop was very well maintained.

5 /5 Parker Shaw: I drove 12 hours from Arkansas to PCB without an air conditioner and had to get it fixed. Looked on Google and called Platinum, they were very easy to set up an appointment with even on a Saturday. The Mechanics were well versed in the knowledge it took to fix my 2021 Ford F250. They were done in one day even though troubleshooting was required. In the end, I never felt like they were trying to fix anything else that wasn’t broken nor did they overcharge for anything. Air conditioner works great and I will definitely use them again if I had to! Highly recommend them!
