5 /5 Stevan Markovic: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Polo Dental for some small dental work, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. Leonora, the office manager, was not only professional and efficient but also incredibly personable. She took the time to explain the entire process to me, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. Her attention to detail and genuine care for patients truly sets Polo Dental apart. The dental work itself was carried out with precision and expertise. The dentist was highly skilled and made sure to address all of my concerns. The entire staff at Polo Dental demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise, making me feel confident in their abilities. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The waiting area was comfortable, and the appointment scheduling process was seamless. I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, which further added to my overall positive experience. I cannot recommend Polo Dental enough. If youre looking for a dental practice that combines expertise, professionalism, and a personal touch, look no further than Polo Dental.

2 /5 DIANA CASTILLO: I work perdiem and need a dentist who can be accomodating which they kind of were but they are very unorganized, now saying they will charge $65 for no show yet I call to reschedule and tell me they had to cancel regardlessas hygenist would not be in but now calling me to say I havent confirmed..WHAT.....Found a different office I cant with this one anymore. Get this office under control just as bad as when it was Polo Dental.

2 /5 Seth Harrell: I went in for a teeth cleaning, and like I expected from the reviews, they wanted to have plenty of other things done besides doing the actual cleaning. After being there over an hour past my appointment time, the cleaning finally began, it wasn’t that different than what I could do with a water pik, which is really the most I would trust them to do. I actually thought the staff was very kind, but something was definitely off about this place. It might be okay for a cleaning but I wouldn’t get any major work like fillings done there.

1 /5 Max ROJAS: Avoid this dental practice like the plague as their only concern is, get the most money out of you with procedures you dont need. Took both of my parents here. My dad in his early 80s, was told that he needed full dentures, and there were no other options! Their recommendation was to have all his teeth extracted. I couldnt imagine dad going through that because he is not at a stage in his life where he is as sharp as he used to be, so I called his old, retired dentist who reviewed the xrays done at this scamming clinic, and his opinion was, find another dentist ASAP. At most my dad needed about 6 teeth taken out and he was against having all his teeth removed for full dentures. My mom also had an appointment, and they recommended a deep cleaning, and replacing a crown with a new one. Again, consulted with our old dentist and he said, absolutely not. Needless to say, the old dentist recommended another dentist who shockingly, took my dads age and mental status into consideration, and she recommended that some of his teeth needed extraction, but some could wait. And she completely disagreed with the idea that he needed a full set of dentures. I ended up sticking with her as a dentist for my dad, and its been a few months and we are pleased with my dads treatment. Cant imagine if he had all his teeth extracted. For my mom, no new crown was needed. I feel sorry for the patients who proceed and go through the scamming recommendations this dental office does. Buyer beware and remember your legal options!

5 /5 Jonathan Scott: 11/22 - Great experience 12/22 - Finished pulling all my top teeth plus 1 bone graft. So far the my dentist has been great. The dental assistances are amazing very comforting during the procedures. I still have half my bottoms for extraction and about 6 implants in the top then semi- permanent uppers and lowers will update.
