From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. Leonora, the office manager, was not only professional and efficient but also incredibly personable. She took the time to explain the entire process to me, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed every step of the way. Her attention to detail and genuine care for patients truly sets Polo Dental apart. The dental work itself was carried out with precision and expertise. The dentist was highly skilled and made sure to address all of my concerns. The entire staff at Polo Dental demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise, making me feel confident in their abilities. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The waiting area was comfortable, and the appointment scheduling process was seamless. I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, which further added to my overall positive experience. I cannot recommend Polo Dental enough. DIANA CASTILLO I work perdiem and need a dentist who can be accomodating which they kind of were but they are very unorganized, now saying they will charge $65 for no show yet I call to reschedule and tell me they had to cancel regardlessas hygenist would not be in but now calling me to say I havent confirmed..WHAT.....Found a different office I cant with this one anymore. Get this office under control just as bad as when it was Polo Dental.

Seth Harrell I went in for a teeth cleaning, and like I expected from the reviews, they wanted to have plenty of other things done besides doing the actual cleaning. After being there over an hour past my appointment time, the cleaning finally began, it wasn’t that different than what I could do with a water pik, which is really the most I would trust them to do. I actually thought the staff was very kind, but something was definitely off about this place. It might be okay for a cleaning but I wouldn’t get any major work like fillings done there.

Sunnii Crome The absolute WORST service I have ever received. The dentist is all about money here, he barely says Hello to you definitely does not introduce himself. You are a check to them and you will notice that if you get serviced here. The assistants are nasty as well. They are not thorough and do not do their jobs accurately. They get clients in for the dentist to get their percentage. I have been sent home after 2 extractions that were cut out, WITHOUT antibiotics or pain relief. The pain relief I can get on my own but not the antibiotics. Which I asked first over a week ago prior to the extractions. Also over the last 2 days. Now they will not answer my calls and they still haven’t sent in the prescription over 2 days now. Dental team please do not reply with some BS bc This office is just that. They will be nice nasty til the day this dirty office is shut down. This is why they didn’t have a dentist for a while and now they employed someone just as nasty as they. BEWARE.

Aaron Taylor I went to Dr. Josephs to do a full smile makeover (top and bottom porcelain veneers). Knowing that a bad veneer job could potentially land you looking like roger rabbit, or even ruin your life, I went there with full confidence knowing that he was the best in the business. I had two other completely unrelated internal connections (one a doctor and the other a surgeon in the area), tell me that he is the real deal. The process was smooth, quick (about 2 months or so), and I was kept informed every step of the way. The veneers came out far beyond what I imaged in regards to the color and the design. They look stunning but also natural, and I probably have gotten 10 compliments on my teeth from strangers within the last 2 weeks since my last appointment. I cant say enough good things about the experience, and Dr. Josephs can definitely work magic! Thanks again Anette & Dr. Josephs!

Connie Maldonado We had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Family Dentistry of Forest Hill and Dr. Michelle Kuznia. We paid $12,000 for a bone-in denture procedure for my husband — a service that was clearly not provided. Despite being told the bone in had been placed, it is evident they were never installed, yet the office insists the procedure was completed. Since the procedure, my husband Jose has not been seen by Dr. Kuznia at all, only by dental assistants who perform minimal checks and continue to insist that everything is fine — despite obvious complications. The dentures provided are poorly fitted, loose, and painful, making it nearly impossible for him to eat. He is still experiencing significant swelling after 11 days, and his overall health is deteriorating due to his inability to eat properly. When I visited the office personally to seek answers, the staff confused my husband’s chart with another patient’s, and insisted his treatment was “complete.” This is not only unacceptable but deeply concerning. It appears there is a lack of oversight, communication, and accountability within this practice. We feel deceived and abandoned by this office after entrusting them with my husband’s care. Given the severity of the situation — both financially and medically — I cannot in good conscience recommend this practice to anyone seeking reliable or ethical dental treatment.

Wesley Brandi Dr. Ahn was the best choice for my first ever root canal. Pain free and made the experience comfortable! Highly recommend if in the FL area.**** UPDATE- sadly a year and a half later pain started at the tooth with the root canals and crown lengthening done. Xrays showed an infection, retreat. wasn’t an option, so has to be extracted. After spending thousands on the crown it’s unfortunate. They say about 20% of root canals fail, so may not be Dr.’s fault if it cracked again. Sad experience. Any feedback Dr. Ahn???.*****

Maryann Valera Dr. Denton is awesome. I had an emergency very early in the morning, I called his office and he answered the phone. He told me to meet him at his office, which was about 8: 00 am. This was before the office opened. But also the point being that Dr. Denton will answer an emergency call in the middle of the night, and meet you at his office. Max Jehle Dr. Slavin was a wonderful oral surgeon. Kind and caring. His whole team was the same. I went for a consultation with Dr. Curtis and found him to be opposite. When I explained his prices were much higher than Dr. Slavin he compared himself to someone higher, Dr. Kaplan, who means nothing to me. $3000 for a tooth extraction and bone graft is extreme. He couldn’t care less.

James Buntington My experience with Dr. Slavin was amazing! My case was very complicated and he is so calm, so professional and so smart. Every time I came in was a pleasure. Everybody in the office is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Slavin is so calm and takes his time with you to answer all of your questions. I would recommend him 110%. If I could make him my regular dentist I would!

jackie lowe I visited this dentist multiple times for work . In the beginning I stressed that I wanted the worst treated first! I had a tooth on verge of a root canal and kept being scheduled for basic work u til it was too late and I ended up needing a root canal. I had a tooth repairs with bonding and it was such a mess that the bonding was stabbing me in my gums cause swelling and irritation. He did a filling on a tooth and I continues to complain of pain ( realized by new dentist the filling was incomplete causing pain and sensitivity. I had my permanent crown put over a cavity and bonding done on a front tooth that came of 3x when a crown will actually was needed instead and charged for the sloppy work. Poor quality and too much drama in the office. Cindy is nice but some assistants will share their felon histories in the u professional manner! I have a new dentist now that is redoing Jayroes work

Carol Oleska Dr. Gutierrez (Dr. G) and his staff are amazing. I had an extraction, bone graft and dental implant performed all at the same time. Dr. G was very thorough in explaining the procedure, listened to my concerns and addressed them all. I was amazed that after the procedure, I had no pain. I also suffer from dental anxiety, and Dr. G and his staff made sure that I was as comfortable as could be. Long story short… I was referred to Dr. Gutierrez after I had an implant fail by my local dentist in West Palm. Upon first arrival to the office I was greeted by the super friendly staff. The office was immaculate and Dr. G listened to everything I had been through with the previous failed implant. I was traumatized by the previous implant and had been through multiple infections and surgeries that never worked. I knew after speaking to Dr. G he would make it right. I saw Dr. G in September and got my implant in November. It was a painless procedure compared to my last implant performed by my dentist. Dr. G is compassionate, smart, witty and has wonderful bedside manner. Dr. G’s assistants are top notch and thoughtful as well. If you are looking to have an implant done look no further. I finally have a smile back on my face :)

James Trakis This Dentist’s office is located with a beautiful view of the intercoastal. in West Palm Beach.I was greeted by a very congenial staff.The dental technician Miss Nicole was efficient and very friendly.Dr.John Ford examined my teeth thoroughly and provided me with excellent care.Cavities, fillings and a tooth extraction were my immediate needs.They were taken care of extremely well.I haven’t had a better experience from the staff and particularly with Dr.John Ford’s care.I also met with Dr.Ledakis.He and his staff are extremely helpful and professional.Regarding this Dental Care office and Dental care it couldn’t have been better.My recommendation is excellent. Chris Moran First time at this clinic. Very clean and professional. You cant beat the view from the waiting room. Kind of want them to be running late. My tech was fabulous. Got a complete set of xrays and oral pictures so I could see what they see. Cleaning and polishing was a snap even though it has been a few years since it was last done. Made my follow up for July.

The dental hygienists are very professional and provide very thorough cleaning. The front office staff is very friendly and efficient. I love getting texts to remind me of my appointments. I have never had to wait long to be seen. I would give Dr. Korol and staff an "A Plus" and highly recommend them.

The office staff is always so pleasant. And Doctor is wonderful and kind. I also appreciate that they have a in-house dental plan. I do not have dental insurance and this helps me out so much. I have been going here for like 9 years. Its exactly what i want in a dental practice.

Sonja Ahrens My hygienist Morgan is excellent. She is very kind, personable, and very gentle. The office is clean and so far this has been my second visit this year and no complaints. They do take you in on time so that’s definitely nice. I like the fact that they don’t inundate you with reminders of your appointments but still make sure that they send a text message or email. They don’t push or try to oversell you on unnecessary services so the honest approach is awesome.
