1 /5 Jorge Sigler: Honestly, the experience I have had with this place has been VERY BAD! Which is shocking because my partner is a patient and has great experiences with them. I started to try to get help managing my ADHD which is affecting my work. I was put on some off-label medication which did NOT help my ADHD a lot but it gave me nauseas and made my suicidal ideation worse. I could not reach out to my provider so I called the office and left multiple messages, EXPRESSING the issue with my suicidal ideation and they did not even cared to reach back. Honestly, that is outrageous.

5 /5 Kimberlyn Iles: Dr Jason Cohen is an EXCEPTIONAL Psychiatrist. I have seen him for 5+ years. He is very professional, non-judgmental, compassionate and truly takes the time to make sure you feel validated and heard. I would HIGHLY recommend him!!!

1 /5 secret secret: Booked an appointment for the sole purpose of getting a refill only for them not to refill it. Their phones dont work. Every time I call, it either drops or transfers to a new line that isnt owned by the practice. The one time I did get through, the receptionist said they couldnt make a note to the doctor, and that I would have to go through medical records. After they transferred me to the medical records department, the line dropped, and I havent been able to contact them again. Dont waste your time or money here.

Margaret Chase: I have been using opiates for ten years when I came across an ad for South Florida detox. At this point I had already lost my job, house,friends,family and self worth. I figured I would give them a try;at this point I has nothing left to loose. I was very uncomfortable and embarrassed to make the call. But when I finally did it I was put to ease immediately. The girl who answered the phone told me she was in recovery herself and understands. I made my appointment. From my first visit the staff Mari, Alfredo, Jeanette, and Gracie were very understanding and knowledgeable about Suboxone and detoxing . I met with Dr. Perez who put me on a Suboxone schedule tapering me down weekly I was able to finish the program in five weeks and when I was done I was just a little tired but nothing compared to coming off opiates. They told me in the office I might want to try AA meetings and they had meeting list in the office. I still go to meetings once a week. I have been clean over two years now. I have a full time job friends my relationship with my family are getting better everyday and I am extremely happy and like myself again. I am so glad I called South Florida Detox they literally saved my life.

Yes there are extremely long waits to be seen even if you have an apt. they go by sign in,the office is ugly & small,the staff isnt mean I just dont think they like everyone that comes in(lol),the dr is good & meds are helping but my pet-pev is that I drive from PSL w/an apt. & take the day off work 3x now & theres a sign on the door that the office is closed,yet noone informed me & noone answers the phone:(

Ana Sofia Dimitrio: Too slow...stuck on old system. Not efficient or show they care. An appointment for one hour in and out takes almost 3 hours. Another patient was waiting almost 2 hours for a vitaminB shot!! They have no concern with time and how patients feel. Would not recommend.
