5 /5 Christina Redden: I cant say enough how kind Dr Stone is. I felt he to took the time needed with me, was gentle in the test that was performed and explained everything well. I did wait a little longer than ideal to be seen, but Im overlooking that due to kind staff, the doctors attention & quick turnaround of results to my primary doctor.

1 /5 L C Mice: Tried to make an appt for a new patient and encountered the rudest most miserable person that answered the phone.Complete SNOT and defensive poor attitude. The physicians at this place should train their front desk staff to not be rude to future clients. Looks like we will have to find someone else to treat my Dad. Shame- the doctors were supposed to be good- wish I could accurately rate them but - if their support staff is any indication as to what type of behavior is tolerated in the office, I will stay away.

Like i cant leave the place without paying the bills..I told her,Do u want to call a cops,because i cant put down that money she wants me to pay..I told her to just bill me in.. She keeps insisting & cannot leave the place without paying her.I told her what di u want to do if i can pay it now? Just call a cops!!! Everytime i make a phone call to make apts..they keep hanging the phone Some..Nobody answer the phone!! Coming to this place is so useless..apeciall w/ this kind of employess!!! they call me that theres a cancellation at 3:00..but i waited til 4:30, whithout any good news & everything is useless..i dont know why Dr Cutler send me to this place.!!!!!! this is a O star at all for reviews!!!for that arrogant staff girl,,remember there is KARMA!!!

1 /5 john powell: No idea if the doctor is good , seems from reviews that he’s great but after a week of calling, about 15 calls unable to speak with someone to book an appointment, just get transferred to a VM and they called back twice but unless you have a crystal ball or have nothing to do but stare at your phone no way to make an appointment , good luck with that .,. No office help to help secure an appointment and multiple reviews say the same , horrible customer service … that office defiantly needs an upgrade or just hire someone to book appointments and there are multiple doctors in the practice … so bad

1 /5 Robin: I called to make an appointment to talk with anyone in the group who deals with Cervical Dystonia symptoms with an associated head tremor. They wouldnt give me an appointment. Apparently none of the neurologists in the group handle this type of movement disorder. Disappointing.

Each and everyone here makes BIG difference compared to other medical centers and clinics. Please also note, Parking is NO problem here too.

Amanda: Always a great experience at this location the staff is friendly and Dr Dai has been my most favorite OB Ive ever had. Shes so knowledgeable and so good at her job. Once, when I had to be hospitalized, he even met me in the emergency room of the hospital and facilitated my admission. I would highly recommend him to any close friend or family member. I hold Dr. Campazzi in the highest regard.

Aiyana Sugerman: Review is 100% for the office manager and staff. Never got to see the doctor. I’ve never been treated with such unprofessionalism and rudeness at a doctors office in my life. I had researched Dr. Renanit Barron and was super excited to see her. I even cancelled other appointments and waited longer just to see her in hopes of getting some major issues addressed. I moved my entire work day around and delayed leaving town this weekend just to see her. The office called me to confirm my appointment with her not once but several times this past week which I thought was weird. Each time I said yes and reiterated my question that I was confirming Dr. Renanit at the West Palm Beach office to which I was told yes. Upon arriving today, I was told that I’d now be seeing a Dr. Cindy. I was super confused and asked where Dr. Renanit was and was told she was not at the office today. I expressed to the gentleman at the front office that I had specifically requested Dr. Renate and was confirmed that I would see her and asked why nobody called to tell me if she wasn’t in today and he said he doesn’t know and that all new patients go to see this other doctor. That’s not OK with me. If I schedule an appointment specifically with a doctor that I researched, then that’s the doctor I expect to see. I don’t know any other office where you go and they confirm you’re gonna see a specific doctor and they give you a different doctor of the day of and tell you tough that’s how it is. The front office person then told me let me see if I can get you into the Jupiter office today to see Dr. Renee and walked out of the room to speak on his cell phone privately. Then he came into the waiting room with his cell phone and handed it over to me saying this is the office manager. When she got on the phone she was like what can I do for you? And I was like “what do you mean what can you do for me? I was just told you were trying to fit me into the Jupiter office today”. She then proceeds to tell me that she’s not gonna talk until I’m done talking which I thought was a weird comment. She then tells me that the office policy is that they absolutely do not promise you get to see a doctor if you show up to the office when you schedule an appointment. I asked her for clarification on what she was saying… Was she saying that people can schedule appointments show up and no doctors there and they are not liable for notifying you? Or she saying that the specific doctor you request to see is not guaranteed to be there? I was in disbelief at her rude response. She literally had the nerve to say “I don’t know why you’re not understanding this. I can’t control how your brain works but listen to me. I’m gonna tell you one more time. I don’t think this office is for you and we don’t promise people get to see doctors.” I told her I thought it was very rude. I’ve never been spoken to you this way and she reiterated once again that this office wasn’t for me. I was then given my money back. No apology for anything. No apology that I wasn’t notified. My doctor wouldn’t be there or that they had another doctor. I could potentially see and explain who this new doctor is to see if I’d even be interested in seeing the other doctor. I’m so utterly upset with this situation right now. This is my health that I’m dealing with. And to finally find a doctor you think can help you find answers to heal and get better and only to have their office manager in office. Staff be so rude and prevent that from happening is disgusting and unacceptable. And as I am writing this from my car, the front office gentleman, who was part of this, is pacing between my car and the other cars in the parking lot smoking a cigarette with his pants sagging. Not a good professional behavior or look. He’s not even paying attention to who’s watching or near him.

Dr. Douglas D. Dedo, MD - West Palm Beach

Scott Stevens: Dr. Dedo is a miracle worker when it comes to ENT diagnosis and surgery. He came highly recommended by my dentist of 20 years whom is like family to me. My throat was swelling up and I was having lots of trouble swallowing and breathing (sleep apnea). After a thorough exam he scheduled me for a tonsillectomy and uvulectomy. I am now almost 100% recovered within 2 weeks and feel like I have a new throat. I will continue to see Dr. Dedo for all of my ears, nose and throat needs. I cant say thank you enough to Dr. Dedo and his Jupiter office staff for making me feel like family. 10/6/22 Update: I just had a septoplasty (deviated septum surgery) on 9/27/2022. A walk in the park regarding any pain, and the recovery process was smooth. Just had my follow up on Wed Oct 5, 2022 and everything is healing as expected, still a little swelling, but that is to be expected and is getting better everyday. Thank you Dr Dedo and staff

Chelsea Garber: I absolutely love this Dr’s office. I’m battling some pretty major health issues and everyone at this office has been amazing!!! From the moment I walk into the office I am First greeted by the receptionist Who always has a smile on her face and is so accommodating (Especially for my horrible time management and Barely following through with my appointments) I NEVER feel like I’m judged or spoken to like as if I’m an inconvenience. Next I meet with the medical assistant And she always has a smile on her face. She is so thoughtful and caring. Her words of encouragement, do not go unnoticed. Then I either meet with Dr. Olsen or Joanna and both of them have been absolutely AMAZING!!! They actually care and show it by spending time With me, explaining everything to me, and Learning about me. Each time I have met with each of them it has been approximately 45 minutes to an hour that they sit in the room and talk with me. Now a Days physicians give you five minutes of their time before they’re running out of the room, but not them. They genuinely care and I want this office to know that there, kindness, dedication, and concern for my health and well-being Do not go unnoticed. Thank you all so much

John Bostrom: The office is impossible to reach, I have a billing issue and the billing number called, says its not in service. This office is trying to double bill me I have checked my bill pay and they have deposited the banks check. How can you put a phone number for billing that is not even in service. They should have an option for 0 stars. I have now been calling for 45 minutes and no answer, a recording says that I can leave my name and number but no prompt to do so. You are then transfered and after a few rings you get the same message as the original and a goodbye. Also emergant is not the same as emergency you may want to change that on you recording.
