5 /5 Russ Dearing: As I was on vacation in the area of Dr.Shaws office I was having a ton of pain from having 2 wisdom teeth pulled about 3 days ago so I went into his office and while working with his regular patients he made the time to fit me in and made me feel like I was a regular at his office. Southern hospitality at its finest and the upmost respect to the other lady’s in his office as they helped just as much. IF YOU EVER NEED HELP WITH DENTAL ANYTHING AND YOUR AROUND MADISON AREA LOOK ONLY TO DR.SHAW YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

1 /5 Jill S: Do NOT use if you have anxiety as he will drop you because anxiety is too stressful for him. He will also fabricate any info he sends to other doctors. In my opinion proceed with caution using him. Also his wife runs the office and makes any communication very difficult and getting them to answer phones is not easy.

Impressed with the work ethic of both the dental assistant and the dentist. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Dawn Semones: I brought my 92 year old Mother to her cleaning appointment originally scheduled at 1:15 pm. My cleaning was scheduled for 2:45 pm. We arrived early. Checked in. Waited and waited and waited. After multiple inquiries about her appointment time, confusion from several staff and a snotty reply from girl who later checked me out we were told it wasn’t until 2:45 pm. She never got a phone call about the change. We had planned on doing something between our appointments, but by the time we were informed of her time we didn’t have time to leave and come back. No one in the front office apologized or seemed deeply concerned about us waiting almost 2 hours for her appointment. They blamed it on “corporate”. Their changes to this new model are not good. Michele is wonderful. Hygienist are great. Front staff seems disorganized and rude.

Barry Tseng: This dental group is NOT to be trusted. Twice now, once for myself and once for my spouse, we have been encouraged to have a crown put on a tooth. We were given a price (with insurance) and paid our share. Two months later they are unable to have the claim processed through insurance and we are left to pay that part as well. We are now out more than $1,000 dollars total for the incompetence of their billing department. They refuse to rebill the insurance and demand payment or face collection. Beware of using this office or dental group. Response to the owner - I HAVE reached out ... SEVERAL times!! The person to speak with is always unavailable and will return the call. THEY DO NOT!! The receptionist is extremely rude and will not listen to any request, just a mechanical repeat "Whats the best time to call you." I just want to speak with the billing manager of the office and they will not accept or answer any calls!!
