5 /5 Anthony Marchiano: I thought the VA at Beaumont was awesome and Naples VA is just as awesome, only a mini version of El Paso. Kind , cordial, empathic, here for us vets. Extremely happy and lucky to be under the care of Dr Whae, and Dr Valenzuela. Often times if you arrive with an attitude thats negative you console yourself by leaving with one. No place and no person is perfect. Naples VA is caring and treats me with dignity and respect. I always thank them before I leave. They dont HAVE to be there, they choose to. Thank you Naples VA.

5 /5 Sandra Simmons: Both of my WWII Veteran Parents have used the Naples VA Clinic for over 30 years. As they aged, my husband and I moved to Naples to take care of them and I have been taking them to the VA clinic for their lab tests and Dr. Visits for 9 years now. I cant say enough good things about the clinic. They have a wonderful, helpful, and dedicated staff, great Doctors, great Nurses, and the new clinic on Goodlette-Frank Rd is so nice. The service is really good and our wonderful Veterans are treated with kindness, dignity and great respect.

5 /5 Edgar Valdez: I have had good experiences when getting healthcare here. They do tele and video appointments. They are very responsive when you call in, I have never had an issue. My primary Doctor, Dr. Kim is awesome. I have not had great experiences in the past with other locations but I trust the Naples location.

Dr M RAVELO has helped me in every way possible she is the very best with working with Veteran crisis She has been there for me when no one knew what to say or do she is amazing. Sonia R.: I went to the ER and the nurse and security personnel were very nice and unfortunately, it was the doctor who left me disappointed. I was upset at my visit and heard her in the hallway mocking me and letting the other nurse know why I was crying. Nobody wants to be in the emergency room, ever, it’s already a stressful and unpleasant enough situation. Hearing the professional in the hallway making light of how someone reacts was very disappointing. For someone who is supposed to treat someone and care for people’s health, a little empathy would go a long way. Even if she felt it just had to be said and she had a point to make, perhaps not in the hallway where everyone can hear would be more appropriate.

Elizabeth Tutor: This vet saved my cat Obsidian after we were referred to them by Blue Pearl. I am beyond thankful for Dr. Madison and all of the staff here. They work hard, quick, and they keep you updated and make sure your pet is in good hands. Thank you all so much for saving our baby and without the emergency surgery we thought she needed! I have also called with a couple questions and everyone at the front desk has been very helpful and kind. Thank you all so much!!!

John Hauss: Aside from the waiting, I was very pleased with the staff, I cant remember the name of my Emergency Nurse who prepped me for an ablation, or the 2 Nurses that tended to me in the Operating Room. The Anesthesiologist was very personable and brought me happily into my dream state. Of course Dr. Samantha Sublette rocks. Room Nurses were pleasant and worked hard to please me at all times. And especially Natalie the charge Nurse who called my daughter to let her know I forgot my cell phone that Im typing this on.

Katherine Earley: I want to give 4 stars... but were STILL WAITING on the ER team to tell us whats next. Its been 6 hours since we got here after being told by his VA Primary Care that an ER visit was necessary due to a lab result. Gulf Coast staff have been kind, professional, and helpful. They cant control the timing of more urgent patients; apparently we keep getting bumped down the line due to trauma patients. Conclusion - if your Dr tells you to go to this ER on a Friday afternoon because you are "severely anemic"; be prepared to stay in the waiting room all night. And be prepared to not eat real food - youll never know if you have enough time to go to the cafeteria.

Rob Popoli: I would highly recommend Physicians Regional In Patient Rehab Facility located in North Naples. I required a challenging rehabilitation in order for me to return home safely. The entire experience was above and beyond my expectations. There were so many people that helped me progress through my rehabilitation I wish I could remember everyones name because each and every individual deserves a 5 Star rating. Starting from the nurse who got me settled in and comfortable on my first night. Lucy was my personal care technician and she was there for me several days during my stay. I felt Lucy was sincere and genuinely cared about my comfort level. She was always there when I needed anything. There is something special about her and I hope that she continues to grow within the healthcare industry because we need more people like Lucy. Every single nurse was amazing and had many years of experience. Tina was exceptional, compassionate, and detailed. I appreciate the fact that I spent time with each and every physical and occupational therapist within the organization. Everyone had their own perspective on how to get me to the next level. My primary therapists were Jason (Occupational) and Brandon (Physical). I am grateful and amazed that they chose this line of work for their career because they are both perfectly suited for it. Jason & Brandon were constantly discussing the proper strategy for my recovery and my safety at home. They both were positive, encouraging and professional during my therapy. I cant wait to come back here in a few months to show them how their efforts were successful. Nancy made sure I had all of the proper equipment and kept everything organized. The facility was clean and organized. The housekeeping staff was consistently top-notch. The food was exceptional quality keeping in mind it is not easy to provide this many meals to this many people on a daily basis. I felt like the level of nutrition was where I needed it to be for my recovery. Some of my favorite people were the lovely ladies who delivered my meals each day. And finally all of the doctors were able to answer all of my questions and make sure that my needs were met. Thanks again to the entire staff!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness that immediately put both my son and me at ease. Every member of the team, from the receptionists to the surgeon, demonstrated exceptional compassion and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, ensuring that I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Its clear that they genuinely care about their patients and their families, which made a huge difference in this stressful situation. They made my toddler feel comfortable and safe, using gentle language, engaging him with, and taking time to answer his curious little questions. Their dedication to providing a child-friendly environment was evident and greatly appreciated. The surgery itself went smoothly and was completed much faster than I had anticipated. I was so relieved to hear everything went perfectly! After the procedure, the staff was thorough in explaining the aftercare process, addressing all my concerns about what to expect in the days and weeks ahead. Their comprehensive guidance made it much easier to navigate the recovery period. Overall, I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my son received at the childrens hospital. The kindness, thoroughness, and expertise of the entire staff made a challenging experience much more manageable, and I felt truly supported throughout the entire journey and with each visit.

Bonnie Rushing: I have only seen Dr Dounchis. He is very good. My issue is with the staff. It is virtually impossible to get any response to a call for help. I recently needed help (really needed it) for an injury for which I saw Dounchis just before he left for holiday. The doctor taking his call did not return my call, Dounchis’ nurse did not return call, staff did not return my call. I left message for all three, with no help forthcoming. I had to go to Millenium walk-in clinic to be seen. The surgeons may be good, but if a patient cannot get the office to call when he/she has genuine issue, it does not do the patient much good.
