The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. I was particularly impressed with the range of offerings available for those looking to serve Babalu Aye. Everything you could possibly need was there, making it easy to have a meaningful experience. The location was also very convenient, with easy access and plenty of parking. Overall, I would highly recommend San Lazaros Rincon to anyone looking to serve Babalu Aye or just looking for a peaceful and welcoming environment. It truly deserves a five-star review.

San Lazaro Catholic Church - Hialeah

Juan Glen: We have been faithful attendees of San Lazaro Church for over 30 years, but our recent experience has deeply saddened us. Following the passing of our beloved 88-year-old mother, we tried to arrange for a mass in her honor at the church. Unfortunately, the staffs behavior during this difficult time was both inconsiderate and rude, marking not the first instance of such treatment. Ever since the passing of the previous priest, Father Luis, the atmosphere has drastically changed, and the church no longer embodies the Catholic spirit we once revered. This experience has left us contemplating our place in a congregation that seems to have lost its way.

WE HAVE GONE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS TO TALK TO HER AND SHE DID NOT FACE US. THE LAST INCIDENT WAS ON FRIDAY 1/17/2025. THE STUDENT PUT SCISSORS IN HIS UPPER LIP AT THE MOMENT WHEN THE TEACHER WAS IN THE BATHROOM.

Pastor brings a very good message and the congregation is large. For those who like fast-paced worship songs, you gotta check it out. This is the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. They are a beautiful family and are the real deal. At LOVE + UNLTD you will find a beautiful time for worship and amazing messages of hope, from the Bible, on Sundays!
